prima hotel. als ik 1 kritiekpunt heb, dan zou het alleen moeten zijn dat men de kamer 1 dag niet schoongemaakt heeft. misschien vergeten?

Deoarece noi eram 3 persoane, am luat un apartament care era situat la etajul 1 si avea vedere spre strada si poateta din fata hotelului. Camerele mi s-au parut destul de mari si totul foarte nou si primitor. Am citit intr-un comentariu ca cineva nu a putut dormi din cauza "luminitelor de veghe" de la intrerupatoare, dar pe mine acea lumina albasta nu m-a deranjat absolut deloc! Patul mare cu o saltea excelenta. Micul dejun pentru mine chiar a fost super indestulator si destul de variat (pentru aceeasi persoana care se plangea de luminite pot sa spun ca acesta nu este un hotel all-inclusiv de la turci). Locatia este de 10+. Este situat aproape de toate obiectivele din centru, noi am ajuns la expozitia Bancusi exact in 5 min pe jos, dar si intr-o zona destul de linistita, chiar daca trecea tamvaiul prin fata hotelului nu am auzit nimic. Parcarea subterana este excelenta pentru sezonul rece deoarece masina sta protejata de orice intemperie. Personalul super amabil si zambitor. Personal m-am simtit minunat aici si ori de cate ori voi mai veni in Timisoara ma voi caza tot aici!

Mesele la micul dejun erau pregatite doar pentru 2 persoane, dar dupa ce in prima zi am cerut ajutorul uneia dintre angajate in urmatoarea zi ne-am luat singure tacamuri de la masa vecina si totul a fost perfect :)

Cu toate ca afara erau 0°C, cand am ajuns in camera, am avut parte de o primire “foarte calduroasa” cu geamul larg deschis. Foarte fring in timpul noptii, chiar daca sistemul de climatizare arata 25°C, in camera nu cred ca au fost mai mult de 18-19°C. Am rezervat cu 4-5 ore inainte de a ajunge, am platit camera pentru doua persoane, insa am gasit prosop si halat pentru o singura persoana. In baie mirosea ingrozitor a tutun, probabil cine a stat in camera inaintea noastra a fumat. Am ajuns la micul dejun cu o ora inainte de a se incheia programul, nu am mai gasit cana pentru ceai, iar cand am intrebat una dintre fete daca imi poate aduce, mi-a raspuns: “imi pare rau, daca nu mai sunt cani, asta este!” apoi mi-a oferit o ceasca pentru espresso in care sa imi prepar ceaiul. Check out ul era la ora 11:00, insa cardul folosit pentru a deschide camera nu a mai functionat de la ora 10:30. A fost nevoie de 3 deplasari de la camera la receptie pentru a putea, in cele din urma, sa intram sa ne luam bagajele.

Atitudinea doamnei/domnisoarei de la receptie, faptul ca am platit o camera dubla si am primit o camera cu dotari pentru single.

Location is next to the old city, the property is quite, clean and modern. Also, my room was large, clean and my impression was that the fit out was pretty recently. I appreciated the 10% restaurant discount for the hotel’s guests.

The receptionist staffs gave me the impression that there are little unfriendly and all the time they stayed in the back office even that in the lobby was crowded.

Wonderful location, very clean and confortable. It is the perfect place. I always choose this hotel when travelling to Timisoara.

The design was very nice and well made, artistic and rational likewise, and it felt comfortable and private. Everything was exceptional and you could see that the place is newly made (as I saw, the hotel was built in 2021 and I could see they took care of every detail). The room smelled newly and fresh, vent was very good and easy to use. The breakfast was good, very fresh, but poor in choices and it kept emptying very fast with just a few people in the area, but the personel is kind enough to bring you whatever you need. I will pick to stay there again. I simply loved the Atlas statue in the lobby which is over 6m heigh!

The place was very clean and the staff was friendly. We felt very comfortable and safe during our stay.

Some of the rooms on the first floor could use a bit more natural light as the windows open to a the main hallway/reception area.

A truly fantastic stay. The room was enormous, comfortable bed, furniture, nice bathroom. Excellent front desk staff. Nice restaurant, delicious breakfast. Great central location, close to the best restaurants.

We liked everything about it.

Great position right in the city center. The rooms are really quiet, big, comfy, clean and of modern design. The main hall is really superb, with the Atlas statue and an automatic piano which plays in the evening creating a really classy atmosphere. I suggest it both for business and leisure.
