The refrigerator was too small for the number of days that I stayed but they did try to accommodate me. I just didn't like the other rooms that were available and my name on my receipt is wrong. The rude lady said that it was Booking error but I think it's their error because my correct name is on my credit card that I provide Priceline.

The rude lady in the office, I believe deactivated my access card because I asked to speak to her manager. It was inconvenient to go back to the office to rekey my card. Only one lady is rude. Others are kind and try hard to match me with a room that fits my needs.

I did not like being charged 2 bucks for using a hand towel to clean up a coffee or juice spill. I guess next time ill leave the spill on the floor? I also didn't like the roach in the room however night staff get A++ so it kinda made up for the stuff i didn't like. Day staff seem stressed & in need of a nap! Night staff need a raise!

Day staff attitudes are waaaaay different then night staff. Day staff need to relax a lil. There's a difference between being rude and being stern. I seen more rude during the day via stern with guests. Remember they paid to be there. It would serve you better to be kind especially to your elderly guests.

I absoulutely hated everything about this place. The people that work there are all crack heads and thieves. They stole $300 from me and harassed me. They illegally tried to hold my belongings including my infants food and necessities. They went in my room without my knowledge and bombarded my room for no reason and tampered with our food. I would not trust this place. The people there think they can make their own laws. But they are just a bunch of unprofessional druggies.. I am in the process of filing legal charges against Extend a Suite. I will never return to a place with such low rating.

Staff is super unprofessional and security does drugs with guest by the dumpsters. They do not change the sheets. The rooms are roach infested. They fill all there rooms nothing but drugs addicts and the smell of the drugs bleeds into the other rooms very strong.

It was fine until my wife was bitten by something in the room. Possibly a bedbug.

The staff was rude & refused to allow my family to change rooms. We left because they insuated we brought the bug with us! Terrible customer service.

I like the fact that the property is clean and quiet

They cancelled my booking for no reason and didnt refunded the money so i will definitelly not going to stay there ever again. The lady at the front desk very dis respectful. I hope she gets fired. Didnt even wanted to explain why they cancelled my reservation.

Front desk had a lot of people coming inside ,customer demands . Customer at wrong property ,booked for wrong date and my reservation check in . All this happening and the ladies just knew what they were doing took care of everything I was very impressed. Thank you

Everything was fine to my knowledge I had no complaints whatsoever . Thank you for your hospitality . Talked to one maintenance guys who said he had pulled a double shift and was smiles all day long certainly lived doing his job . Showed professionalism through out the whole conversation .

it needs maintenance. just overall it is very old and in need of updating.

Nice size frig/freezer that worked well. The bed was clean and fairly comfortable.

The walls in the bathroom and the bathroom door looked dirty and scuffed. There was sand on the floor behind the toilet. The smoke detector was hanging off the wall.

Staff was friendly

The first and most important thing was that Air conditioning did not work. There was some fuse issue and the maintanence guy was off for the day. I spoke to the staff and she offered a one bedroom room. The problem was that we were 4 people. I asked her if we can use both the rooms, she said no. Being in Arizona you will atleast expect the AC to work
