Came for my birthday with a friend, enjoyed my stay and the staff was Nice!

Très rare de trouver cette qualité d hôtel !très grand professionnalisme ! Parking voiture et proche tramway pour rejoindre le centre de Paris!

Chambre calme et très confortable

Personnel du petit déjeuner pas très compétent. Nombreux met en rupture, beaucoup de bruit au débarrassage des tables, et surtout , eau chaude pas assez chaude pour le thé. Cette mode des Lachines à café polyvalentes est Fâcheuse car l’eau n’est jamais assez chaude. Les buveurs de thé méritent le même attention que les buveurs de café. Une bouilloire serait bienvenue.

L'hôtel est bien situé si on veut se loger pas loin de l'aéroport. La station de Tram est à 20 m et pour aller à Orly, il faut compter 20 mn de trajet. Le personnel est sympa , chambre propre, rien à reprocher.

L'hôtel est superbe, classe. La chambre était spacieuse, aménagée avec soins et très confortable. Personnel réactif lors du problème avec la tuyauterie du lavabo. Le tramway 7 est au pied de l'hôtel. Les centres commerciaux Thiais Village et Belle Epine sont accessibles en 15min en tramway.

Tuyauterie de la salle de bain fragile. Dommage il n'y a pas bcp de choix de restau ni magasin d'alimentation accessibles à pieds.

Chambre très confortable. Personnel sympathique. Calme

Letto grande e comodissimo, camera sempre pulita, ottima insonorizzazione, doccia molto comoda

Ci sono due porte per il bagno, una per il gabinetto e un’altra per il lavandino e la doccia, il che non è comodissimo. Inoltre la chiave magnetica si bloccava spesso e bisognava farsela sbloccare in reception.

Staff, they make it up for all things missing. . They were so courteous, friendly, and helpful. Every morning we consulted the reception about where's, and how's... and the never hesitated to help. Their local knowledge was also helpful for us.

The location was a little too far for us: , we realised later. We wish they have one closer to Paris City Centre. Although the transport is available just in a hop step and a jump, it requires changing tram/train at least twice to reach the main attractions. Also, the lack of Laundry facility in the hotel was a downside for us.

The room was big and the bed was comfortable.

First of all the staff didn't really know english and they didn't manage to help us when we tried to get help and figure out how to get to the hotel. It seems close but there is know shuttles and even the cabs didn't want to take us there. We had to get there by tram and it took us more than 30 minutes. The room wasn't clean enough: we found hair in the bathroom and also near the bed.

Very clean, comfortable hotel. The staff are Friendly and happy to help. The rooms are good value for money. Easy access to city through tram & metro. (Close to ORY airport: 30 minute tram journey from ‘Aéroport d’Orly’ (T7) - get off at ‘Bretagne’)

A little far from Disneyland, although it is easy to get there through metro system. Breakfast is slightly overpriced

Avoid!!!! It was me and my partner first time staying in this hotel. On the third day of our stay we saw yellow stains on our duvet cover we have ask staff to change it for us. The next day it happened again, when we come back from hotel the room in evening it has been cleaned but the duvet cover has other yellow stains. We have called the reception hope they can help us, the receptionist has mentioned we have to wait 40 minutes as she’s working alone needs to wait for her colleagues to come. We have waited an hour and haven’t heard anything so we called again, the receptionist came and she has bring the duvet and pillow cover and wants us to change ourselves. We have show her where was the yellow stains was and show her the duvet picture from previous days and hope this should be reported to management team. She ask us to airdrop the pictures to her so we did. We have mentioned to her as we will need to fly out tomorrow this will be last night of our stay and we would like to hear follow up on this from management team through email or phone, however no one’s has contacted us at all. The receptionist left when we started to change our duvet cover it also has another stains!!! So we have called receptionist again but it was another staff came and he told us there’s none of the double bed cover left, can only give us 2 small one, we ask to change room but he said it’s fully occupied. He also took a picture of the stain and left. I can’t believe this is happened in a 4 stars hotel, it was disgusting and horrible stay. If you want to stay in this hotel the hygiene is really concerning as none of this issues has get resolved.
