Location perfect. Very dirty kitchen cabinets and drawers; washed everything we wanted before using. Gross. Called, texted and maintenance was finally told third day but by then we'd cleaned things ourselves. Old 50's cottage, expected not much for updates but cleanliness we ceertainly expected. AND, I'd put in special request before arriving that the place be clean. It needs a thorough, deep clean, especially in kitchen. Rest of place was ok.

I liked the fact the beach was one minute away from the house walking distance, the house was cute, small on the outside but when I walked in, I was surprised how open and spacious it was. I liked having 2 bathrooms. The fact there was plenty of towels and everything we needed as far as utensils and soap, shampoo etc, was great. I can definitely say it was a great place to stay just a bit out dated, needs a little TLC.

I honestly did not like the furniture how outdated it was, mostly in the living room, my family and I had 2 movie nights but was very uncomfortable because the sofas were not very comfy, the bed my husband and I slept it was not comfortable at all. There was a grill in the back, and an extra shower, not very clean. But the house was clean so that was a plus. Due to the weather not being all that great, we had no need to utilize either one so no big deal.

The location.

Everything in the house was extremely outdated, decor from 1960s/70s, uncomfortable furniture, grass/weeds completely overgrown around the property, 3 gross unusable grills in the backyard, outdoor shower had old bars of soap and a half-ripped shower curtain, oven was so old the temperature numbers were gone on the knob so you did not know what temperature you were cooking the food in the oven; you had to guess, outdated TV in the bedroom basically unusable unless you brought VHS tapes with you.

The location was fantastic. There was no breakfast but it was not included. The place was a dump. Check out the pictures that were sent to Vacasa. We had over 20 complaints. I used booking.com three other times and there was not one complaint for all three rentals. Call me and I can tell you more.

When you see the 20 photos I sent you we’ll see where improvements can be made. The place was never clean before we rented it for starters. After that it went all downhill. It’s a real hell hole and should not even be on the market to be rented out. I am waiting to hear from you or Vacasa as to what our refund will be as we are definitely owed something. What a shambles!
