Needs air conditioning in living room

Room is spacious, very clean, all you need is readily available. Kitchen, microwave, refrigerator all clean and ready to use. Walking distance to a food Store so you can bring food to the room. Location has easy access to the best locations on the island. Megans Bay Beach ( the best on the island) is only 2 km away. If you are not driving, Host may get you a taxi immediately. Also, you can take ferry to St. John by going to Red Hook easily. Good value, good vacation property... ( Note : if you are using GPS to reach the location, set it to Mandahl Market, it is right next to it, otherwise Google may take you somewhere else :-) )

Need a HUGE name sign by the Wintberg Road , to see the entrance. Owner should put a big road sign.

clean and amazing view

I loved everything about this property, the view was amazing, and very quiet and peaceful. Everything was provided.

Breakfast not included

Change of linen was not automatically provided, had to ask for fresh linen after four days, and for two bedrooms was given 1 flat sheet and 3 fitted sheets. No airflow vent in the single bathroom; completely liquified DampRid bags hanging in the closets, not been changed in months. The common area out back housed the trash can which was never emptied and an old used mask carelessly thrown on the ground. The refrigerator/storage cabinets had old/used products in them. Overall accommodation did not feel clean or cared for.

I loved the property but most of all I loved the view and I had the room with the porch it was amazing.

A piece of heaven on Earth! This property exceeded our expectations and needs. It’s like having your own private resort. The property is absolutely beautiful and very well designed. Our family stayed in Villa 2 and it also has a private outdoor space with seating and grill. We had the privilege of meeting both Alvin (very professional and compassionate) and the property manager Tadisha and her mother Sylvia (our new family members) invited us to their family cookout at the beach and we learned to play dominoes! They all went out of there way to ensure our family had all that we needed on the property and tips for things to do on the island. Internet and Roku were a hit amongst our family. Each room has a tv and A/C. The kitchen is well stocked and balcony seating area is amazing at night with the wonderful breeze and clear night sky. The property has a washer ($3.50) and dryer ($1.00). There was a cooler that we were able to take to the beach. The pool and lighting throughout the property is very inviting. The area is quiet and safe, we slept with the front and kitchen windows open for a constant breeze. The location of the property was perfect and only a 8 min drive to Meagan’s Bay Beach and within 20 min to anything on the island. I highly recommend renting a SUV as this property has a steep hill.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like about this property.
