It's really nice that you're able to get to the main attractions by foot. The bed was ok.

When I arrived I didn't get my booked room because the guests locked it and left with the key. The staff asked if I'm ok to take a different room which I was. She didn't tell me though that it was one with more bunkbeds in it and she also did not offer me to get it for a bit cheaper which I think would have been just fair. She just seemed really unmotivated. Other than that the bath situation is more than inconvenient. There is only one sink for I don't know how many people and if someone locks the main door for the bathroom noone else has any access to a toilet or shower. The space in general is very limited. I had no idea where to put my bag and there was no space to relax or sit down for a bit. The area of the hostel is dirty and there are not a lot of food options.

The Room was clean and comfortable to stay.It also very near to mossy forest.

Their room so clean but the room fan was singing😅. But their room service was so good.

They need to repair the room fan for have a good review.

Everything was great. Very clean. If I come to Cameron again, I will definitely come back to this hotel. The counter person was friendly. There is a locker in the room containing the capsules. A small USB fan near the plug. A big round hole on the wall to look outside (no curtain to cover it but I didn't mind). Upon checking in, you get a tag to enter the building and key for the locker.

The shower heater's hottest level is still a little cold but understandable because Cameron Highlands is cold. There is no lock on the capsule, just curtain but it wasn't a problem for me.

I literally did not like a single thing about this hotel. I have been to 5 countries and spent 30 days in different hotel and this one is the worst of all during my stay. The washrooms are so small that you hardly can take a shower, the hot shower the commit will not work, even the shower was broken and they did not fix it for us, they did not provide us towel and soap. we could not take shower for two days 😡

There is no one at the reception to help you, even if you call them they will still not come and solve your issue. I even contacted booking.com to help me but they still did not come.

the hostel is located 15 min car ride from the center. taxi costs 30R one way. grab barely available in CH. the staff was never around and not helpful at all. felt like the bathroom got never cleaned while i was there (3 nights!!) it was freezing cold in the hostel + no warm water to shower.

very quite, small and nice place. Really clean toilets too

Location and price. Its new place so no cheaper food around, foe which need to travel to central side. And as per location, the room rate should cheaper. There is no cooking facility. One blanket not enough to get warmer
