The apartment was not cleaned or cleaned very badly when I lifted the blanket, I found red spots that looked like blood, found someone's socks under the pillow in the living room and other places which have not been cleaned for ages. We asked to arrange cleaning of the apartments, with the change of bed linen, as we understand this was unacceptable level of service. We were completely ignored, and I ended up cleaning apartments myself. Wi-Fi was very poor.

Apartment is modern, spacious and in a well maintained complex. Very close to the beach.

The beach is the main attraction but it made all of our family sick and was closed by the local authorities half way through our stay (6th July) due to failing water safety tests due to sewage contamination from tests on 3rd and 4th of July. The apartment wad not very clean, lots of dirt in corners and not cleaned thoroughly between guests. Very limited items in kitchen (e.g. 2 bowls only). Towels limited to one medium sized one per guest.

all was very good, but just to be aware, grosseries aren’t very close, so it is better to drive.

we booked a 3 bedroom apartment and asked 2 days before if we could check-in earlier before noon. „no problem“ was the answer. when we arrived a lady (only Russian speaking) showed us our apartment: just 2 bedrooms. it was not possible to get the original booked apartment because we asked for an early check-in! what a nonsense!! the apartment was very dirty, bad smell, old, cold and doors could not get closed (our kids got locked in one room for 5 minutes)! „it’s just normal“ was the answer! Another 3 bedroom was available, this was announced on another website. we asked if we could change…..“I‘m sorry!“ was the answer!!
