This appartment is part of an elderly people residence. All is brand new and of exceptional build quality. The reception was very friendly and gave us plenty of advice. Upon request she even organized a toaster for us. The appartment is spacious and made for wheel chair guests. It was very clean and super quiet. There's free parking although during the day the parking spaces are well used by visitors and staff.
Not a criticism, but you need a car to go the restaurants near the harbour or walk about 15-20 minutes.

We were surprised to find out the the majority of the property is for senior citizens. it was no big issue but we did feel a bit out of place

Spotlessly clean, comfortable and well located with extremely helpful staff who made us feel very welcome.
As previously reviewed, the apartment is in a block for the elderly but that shouldn’t deter anyone as it is an excellent place to stay.

Lovely, helpful and friendly reception staff. The apartment was clean, spacious and very tastefully furnished. Not too far to walk into town. We really enjoyed staying here.

The spacious apartment was immaculate and contained every convenience. Felt like we were its first visitors. It is set in a wing not populated by long-term residents, and in fact, if you did not know there would be little indication that this was not a hotel. Some of the staff spoke English and were extremely welcoming. Highly recommended for your stay in Vannes with only a pleasant 10 to 15 minute stroll into town.
The view from the window was interior but really not a major issue. On the plus side the apartment was very quiet.

Lovely staff and a large apartment that was super new and immaculately clean inside. Supremely easy parking. Excellent price for the apartment. We’d absolutely stay here again.
