Lugar muy tranquilo, con un patio muy agradable para descansar. Muy buena recepción, un lugar limpio y con claridad de acuerdos para el respeto entre los turistas y pasajeros, esto mantiene el respeto y cuidado de todxs. Es un lugar muy acogedor.

Boa localização, tranquilidade, perto de mercado.

Primeiro que reservei quarto com varanda, porém nos colocaram em outro quarto. Porta era ruim, com tranca com cadeado, cozinha também muito suja e faltava panos para secar louça.

La habitación privada es amplia y el baño está al lado. Cama de matrimonio cómoda y con un buen edredón de plumas. El barrio era muy tranquilo pero lo suficientemente céntrico. Buen ambiente. Cocina compartida bien surtida

En épocas muy frías no hay calefacción en la habitación, aunque supongo que no habrá muchos días frios

Me gustó la ubicación, cerca de supermercado y centro

Quizás sería bueno agregar otro baño

C'est globalement bien équipé, la maison est assez agréable et permet de rencontrer les autres voyageurs

J'y étais mi septembre et il faisait très froid dans l'hostel, on a eu au max 12 à l'intérieur.. et au min 6 La vitre était aussi cassée dans la salle de bain..

Great location, very nice stuff, the vibes were easygoing and the atmosphere was pleasant. the hostel itself looks lovely and has a nice garden, beautiful view of the mountains and the vulcano from the balcony.

From the add on booking it wasn't clear enough that the bathrooms are shared, so it was a dissapointment. in addition, the walls were paper thin and we could hear everything - in and out of the hostel, including barking dogs at night or howling winds. the shared kitchen was well equipped, but kinda small - if there was more than one person it was impossible to cook. on top of everything - we had to pay the taxes for some reason (we didn't pay them anywhere else during one month of traveling) so we ended up paying a lot more than what we thought we were gonna pay, and felt like it wasn't a good value for money.

beautiful, quiet place. but until bus stop from Santiago and the nearest supermarket is only 4 minutes walk!

The kitchen was really well equipped and everything was maintained daily. Short walk to a supermarket and restaurants. Friendly staff.

The only downside was the size of the room. We booked a twin room (bunk) and there was barely room for our backpacks. One night would be find, but its a bit cramped doe anything longer . There are only two bathrooms and one of them is in the dorm room, which you're allowed to use but you feel a bit awkward going into someone else's room.
