Coffee machine in room, nice shower but …
Overcharged by £50 and still not refunded next day despite asking at check out and phoning later in day. Hand-held shower fitment did not spray. Staff not friendly at reception.

I enjoyed the view from our room. The hotel looked nice. I cant really think of anything else
I wasn't satisfied with the room. It seemed no different to a standard room other than a coffee machine. I was kept up all night as there was a wedding on which I wasn't informed about. The staff wouldn't even leave a card or some sort of decoration in the room(it was for my boyfriends birthday). I arrived at check in and already heard people complaining about hairs in the bed and also bein unhappy so I knew it wasn't going to be good as soon as I arrived. I paid £130 for a room and was very disappointed. I will not stay here again.

Standard of the hotel was very nice. Hotel was very modern and clean.
Reception staff were extremely rude when booking in - I gave my name and her response was 'youre not booked in' very bluntly, after some back and forwards she found my booking but it wasnt a great experience. (woman, didnt get her name).

Amazing room for price so clean and moderns! Loads of room. Bed is super comfy and big with good quilt an pillows. A great room! Felt very safe with the card key system to each floor only allowing those who are on the floor go in the floor with access by room key
Staff were unwelcoming on reception dest and asked for 50 pound deposit but this was not stated when I booked no other hotels I have been to have done this.

Excellent central location, really friendly and polite staff. Room was large, very clean and had all necessary amenities. Having black out blinds was great, and once we worked out the thermostat it was very easy to get the room to a nice temperature. Check in and check out was fast and simple. Would definitely stay again!

Came for my mother's 50th surprise party. The staff were absolutely exceptional, friendly, and invested in everything. Could not be happier with them. Breakfast was in the restaurant, which had a stunning view. Room was very nice, especially the bathroom.

I loved the aesthetics of the building and the rooms.
Everything was very clean.
The lack of a mini fridge in the room and also the TV was pretty much useless so couldn’t enjoy watching anything.

It was spotless, the guy on reception was helpful, breakfast was great.
The only thing I would say is, if you park in the multi-storey car park, it’s £8 as they stamp your ticket. We didn’t know so we paid £36 for the public parking

Service at the bar was very patchy and slow. We were asked to sit down and they’d come over to take our drinks order. Gave up and left after 10 minutes waiting.

Facilities were good however showers did not get hot enough, felt that some staff members were very pretentious and rude and myself and my friends felt somewhat judged

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a man who was very welcoming whi also gave us some local info for bars, restaurants, etc. A swift check in process and booked breakfast the next day, which I'd recommend as they was plenty on offer with a brilliant view. Sky bar for cocktails, not revolution de Cuba!!
A few lose hairs in the bathroom, which gives me the hobbies jibbies.

Breakfast at the 14th floor was very nice. The hotel is quite new and with good interiors. The personnel is friendly and helpful. The location is very central to MK so you can reach all the needed services by walk.
