Staff non a disposizione e non attento alle esigenze del cliente. Set da bagno , ciabatte bagnoschiuma shampoo non presenti. Crema e balsamo capelli presenti container vuoti. Richiesti bagnoschiuma e shampoo ma forniti dopo un giorno dicende disponibile solo shampoo , comunicazione scarsa e deludente visto il prezzo della stanza. Wifii scarso e funzionante solo al piano superiore. Scarafaggi trovati in stanza. Acqua piscina fredda e non riscaldata come descritto. Colazione trovata in stanza vecchia e immangiabile Qualita prezzo assolutamente al di sotto delle aspettative. Dopo un soggiorno deludente l host non ha neanche ritenuto opportuno scusarsi ma delegato la consegna delle chiavi alla signora delle pulizie.

The location was amazing! The view was breathtaking. It was like nothing I had ever seen before. I was mesmerized by the beauty. The apartment. was huge and the amenities were top-notch. I felt so grateful to have been able to experience such a place.

I did not like the roaches in the front of the entrance way. They only came at night but still not a pleasant sight to see. Driving waw incredibly challenging and I would not recommend renting a car unless willing to pay for overnight parking in parking lots located about 5-9 minutes from the unit.

the jacuzzi bath was amazing and so relaxing. such a unique stay. host was very communicative throughout our stay and also helped us pay a parking fine we received (we couldn't understand anything on the fine and they let us know exactly how to pay and how much we owed). amazing touches and details throughout the property which we enjoyed.

There was no wifi for the duration of our stay which was disappointing as we had to continue to use our own 4g data which is expensive and also not great in parts of the accommodation either. We let the host know but unfortunately it did not get fixed.
