ペンションなのでこの値段なら 食事つきと思いましたが、夕食はもちろん、朝食もついてなくて、びっくりしました。共用の部屋のトイレは和式でよくなかったです。夕食を那覇まで食べに行くことになり、この話をしたら、心配され、ガーリックシュリンプやドリンク、デザートまでサービスしてくれました！

This was such a lovely place - I can't thank Yumiko and her family enough for the kindness and care they gave to me during my stay. The location is wonderful - right on beautiful Mibaru Beach, with views over the sea. My room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. A great breakfast is available. The accommodation is simple and uncomplicated, and the hosts went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed.

Location is great, really nice beach right in front, and lots of good cafes overlooking the ocean nearby within short walking distance. Property is great, rooms were large, had everything needed. the owners are so nice, really helpful and friendly. They do dinner for 2500 yen, and the food is amazing. Definately recommend this place.

It was a lovely place to spend a family holiday. The staff are kind, food was great. Everything about it was pleasant. Very close to the beach and amazing value.

I had a great time staying at Beach Side Pension. I was warmly welcomed by the staff, and stayed in a very clean, spacious room for 1 across 3 nights 4 days. Since I'm practicing Japanese and travelling solo, the staff kindly helped me practice my Japanese, and the overall feeling was like staying at my Auntie's. If you're planning to primarily stay around the coast of Nanjo, I highly recommend staying here. It's worth waking up everyday just to have the beach right across the street.

This is for solo travellers like me who don't have an international license/can't drive. I liked the location, but to get around to more niche tourist spots, it did require effort on my end to walk or take the bus there. I really did enjoy that I was able to walk along the beach at any given time though. In saying this, just coming to Okinawa to enjoy the natural sites and all the beaches, I recommend renting a car.

Yumiko-San was so welcoming our entire stay. She went so far as to drive us to a restaurant and to our bus stop. The room and facilities were perfect for our short stay. The pension is located basically on the beach, making for a great vacation location. There pension also has a lot of beach items for sale, which is very convenient. We would highly recommend you stay here if you would like a relaxing trip in a beautiful area (with very friendly hosts/staff).

The only thing is that the restaurants nearby are all closed pretty early. If you don’t have a car, you’ll need to eat before 6 or walk a bit away to find dinner. If you do have a car, it’s not a problem.

Not because the hotel is exceptional, but because of how I was treated, instantly made to feel welcome and like a part of the family - it was beyond the usual courtesy towards guests. Yumiko-san and her husband are just genuinely good people who will look after you like they would after one of their own. They picked me up from the bus terminal, had great communication, were super-helpful reccommending all the best local attractions, and took absolutely stellar care of me when a typhoon hit us - made sure I was comfortable and felt safe the whole time. Yumiko even made some food for me (in line with my dietary requirements!) unprompted, just because she was worried if I had enough to eat. At the end of my stay I was driven to the next town where it was easier to catch a bus back to Naha. I feel like I have made real friends here and got a glimpse of how local people live - and that's invaluable for me. This hotel is also perfectly located RIGHT on the beachfront, facing a stunning white sandy beach and tranquil turquoise ocean. All the big waves are broken up by the reefs good distance away from the shore, so swimming near the shore in calmer water is very nice and a lovely refreshment after the heat of Okinawa. When I was here in early June there were NO other tourists at all, so I had the entire beach to myself. At the same time, this hotel is easily accessible on public transport from Naha - if you're coming from the airport take the monorail to Naha Bus Terminal and then hop onto bus 50 or 51. 51 is a bit faster, but both will get you there. ;) There's lots to see and do nearby: Okinawa World, Sefa Utaki, Peace Memorial and Museum covering Battle of Okinawa and a Himeyuri Museum! Naha and all its attractions are only a bus ride away I would HIGHLY reccommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet little escape, in a homely setting.

Not a huge amount of convenience stores around, but if you're a good walker or hop on the bus, there are 3 you can get to. Of course, this is no problem if you drive or bring your own supplies (do a quick grocery run in Naha). This is understandable though - it's a little village right on the water front.

The pension is very close to the beach, I could enjoy the view from my terrace. The room had all necessary things. The owners are very kind and helpful.

This property is right on a beautiful beach. The view from the balcony is excellent. Tye owners are extremely kind and make all efforts for you to be happy and comfortable. Tye home made food is the most delicious I have had in Japan. I highly recommend staying here.

Small familiy driven hotel located directly on the beach in a very quiet area. Really good local food served for breakfast and dinner.

Travelling is meeting people. Yumiko and Taketo are the perfect guests. Taketo cooked for us each evening a delicious meal. Just in front of the hotel, we can enjoy the beautiful beach of Mibaru.

Yumiko-san and Taketo-san treated me like I was part of their family. Yumiko-san arranged for day trips to fun and interesting places to visit. The beach was right at the doorstep and I literally had the whole beach to myself! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Absolutely a must...Location in a quiet Okinawan-style paradise. Very warm-welcoming., super nice owners... cooking amazing local meals and taking a good care of you. Very friendly and helpful. An altogether very pleasant stay really, inspite the heavy rain!! A top location with the Mibaru Beach just right in front of you of Nanj❤️ heartily shape region of South East of the island 🏝 a must go for the nature and NOT COMMERCIAL lovers!! Peaceful and relaxing 🔝 🔛🙏🔙🔜😜

I did not like to leave so soon, Definitely an amazing regenerating break!
