Schönes komfortables Hotel mit schönem Wellnessbereich und gutem Frühstück!
Der Check In war sehr mühselig. Zimmer war zur vorgegeben Zeit nicht fertig! Es war zwar wegen dem Feiertag viel Andrang, jedoch hätte man dies alles besser kommunizieren können.

Der Ausblick auf den Ettelsberg war super! Die Mitarbeiterinnen beim Frühstück waren freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das war kein Nichtraucherzimmer!
Trotz viel frischer Luft roch es nach Nikotin.
Die Matratze müsste man austauschen.

Etwas weit ab vom Schuss, dafür ruhig. Frühstück umfangreich, große Auswahl aber teilweise abgepackt und nicht regional.
Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, Flecken auf dem Teppich, auf der Badezimmertür von außen unappittliche Flecken, im Bad war mal ein Seifenspender, der war abgerissen und die Stelle war nicht verputzt.
Der Übernachtungspreis steht in gar keinem Verhältnis zu diesem abgeranzten, dreckigen Zimmer. 226 € für das Doppelzimmer sind ein Witz, bei dem einen das Lachen vergeht.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend, es gab eine riesige Auswahl, besser hätte es nicht sein können; das Dreibettzimmer war super, mit zwei Bädern, zwei Fernsehern, zwei Balkonen, bequemen Betten und einer Verbindungstür. Das Highlight war der Wellnessbereich mit Schwimmbad. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Eine große Auswahl an Saunen und Ruheräumen. Die Lage war perfekt, zu Fuss war man ganz schnell im Ort und auch den Weg zur Seilbahn konnte man gut zu Fuss gehen. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt am Hotel.
Lediglich die Optik von außen könnte schöner sein, ist aber nicht wichtig, da innen alles super ist. Ansosnten gab es nichts zu bemängeln.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Die oberen Stockwerke haben einen tollen Ausblick.
Frühstück sehr vielseitig, war alles zu erhalten.
Wellnessbereich sehr zu empfehlen. Allerdings hätten Handtücher zum wechseln vorhanden sein müssen.
Kissen waren zu dick/bauschig.
Balkone renovierungsbedürftig. Waren mit Moos besetzt und Farbe bröckelte ab.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Wellness Landschaft total schön und gemütlich . Frühstück ist auch sehr gut.
Was mir persönlich gefehlt hat, die Handtücher vor der Sauna. Ein Handtuch für die Sauna und dasselbe dann zum schwimmen.
Im Sauna Bereich müsste man Handtücher zur Verfügung haben .

Good value for money however they charged me twice, once through Booking.com and once at the check out. It took me a few days and several phone calls to fix it, so overall I wasn’t amused.

Food is simply awesome. We are the vegetarian guest and chef took extra care for us to cook specially for us. Buffet here was good and the Menu was awesome. staff is extremely friendly in the Restaurant especially with kids. Very proffessional and elegant. After Radisson, this is our next best hotel.
Room cleaning was not done properly in our absence but overall it was very good.

Food was great, we ate breakfast, lunch and had the buffet dinner. Staff were super friendly. Spa area was v impressive.

Rude Staff who did not speak English and just pointed abruptly to entry form!
They then attempted to squeeze us into a single room and insisted it was a double. It was quite obvious that it was a single room. One glass, pillow, one quilt! I had to contact Booking.com to resolve the issue. Room was changed; however, spoilt break away!

Everything was clean.
People from hotel were very nice and most of them spoke English.
Breakfast was okay and there was a lot to choose to eat.
We had a balcony so we could stay in the room in the evening and watch the mountains.
In the room was a dog bed, blanket for dog and 2 bowls. That was great!
For this price we expected much more, but was okay.
The room was very small. We were there with our dog and when we put the dog bed, there was no place to walk.
The handshower was broken and fixed by cotton buds (plastic)... it doesn't look good.
The pillows were not synthetic, only feather pillow (I think in this times when a lot of people have allergies in hotels should be a synthetic pillows).
