The staff were helpful.
We were given a room which is at tefface. I think it is the negative side of paying full in advance. Not expected at all.

1) The hotel is centrally located and is not too far from the point where we begin the ascent to Tirumala.
2) The room was spacious and clean.
3) The washroom and the amenities in it (shower, hot water, soap dispenser, etc.) were well-maintained.
4) The staff at the reception were very cordial.
5) Though we reached the hotel 30 minutes early, as soon as we filled in the forms and made the payment, we were given the room key.
6) There is place for car parking.

it was clean and neat. location is also great
while booking it was mentioned that pay at hotel and then started the hungama asking for part payment otherwise the booking will be cancelled. After reaching hotel, no help to carry the luggage, no room service, no tea in the morning… pathetic I would say… no way I would recommend them….
