This is a compact apartment that has all that is needed for a relaxing stay. There are 2 small bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a separate toilet. We loved the position of the apartment in central Albi. It is situated up one flight of stairs. All of this was stated clearly prior to booking and so there were no surprises for us. Information was provided that made the use of the apartment facilities very easy. Management was attentive and available but there was nothing that we needed. It is the attention to detail that makes this apartment exceptional.

Aus der Kommunikation der Gastgeber hatte ich geschlossen, daß wir ihn vor Ort antreffen würden, was nicht der Fall war. Die Mail vom automat. Schlüsselkästchen hatte sich nicht sofort geöffnet, sodaß wir bei der Ankunft überrascht und etwas überfordert waren. Die Nachbarn haben uns weiter geholfen.

Un apartamento perfectamente equipado y con todo tipo de detalles por parte de los propietarios. De lo mejor en lo que me he alojado por ese precio. Todo facilidades por parte de los dueños. Muy bien situado y con todo lo interesante a un paso.

Cada uno es cada uno pero yo prefiero dos almohadas en vez de una de matrimonio. Sí había dos almohadas pero tan grandes que eran difíciles para dormir pero, había dos rellenos más finos en el armario. Repito, va en gustos, tiene solución y no desmerece el resto del apartamento.

Les petites attentions tels que le café, thé, madeleines, etc à discrétion. Tout comme la mise à disposition de gel douche et shampoing.

Once we had found the apartment and parked the car all else worked well.

The Booking.com process was really difficult to navigate, particularly as I could not get a good wifi connection earlier in the afternoon. This wasted a lot of our time as well as that of the host. It was not his fault. or mine.

Nothing anyone could change but the Cathedral car park was completely full. Both the paying area and the free area. It took us over an hour just driving around the park and finding a space. Finally we had to pay nearly 40 euros for less than 24 hours.
