It was cozy. plus it was right on the beach and in walking distance to restaurants and stores.

Just as I noted above it was cozy but the furniture was not comfortable. Really needs to be replaced and we weren’t able to relax like we wanted to.

Kitchen, beds

Bathroom fans need replaced very noisy! Shower stall plumbing was actually taped! Toilet would randomly run, couldn't close the blinds in the one bedroom ..dirty all vents, many spots on the carpet, balcony curtains very dirty! Toilets were not clean, had rings

Location was nice

The overall hotel was nice but the room was NOTHING like the pictures. Couches all ripped up, blinds broken, bedroom window wouldn’t open, showers didn’t drain, was literally patched work in one of the bathrooms that wasn’t even sanded. Just spackled over and left. The overhangs were covered in cob webs. Overall the room was very disappointing with the pictures for comparison and the price!

Location and the structure of the building.

The unit needs updating. The shower curtain could have been changed. The ceiling in the Master bathroom had mold on it.

Price was high for the apartment and the condition it was in. Needs a update. Pots and pans etc.

The view of the ocean was beautiful and it was very roomy

It didn’t seem like anyone cleaned the unit . Lots of things had been left after the last family stayed, hair in the shower, food under the bed and couches, dirty water in the fridge.

The room was nice. A little outdated.

When we arrived it was very clean. The carpet looked like it wasn't vacuumed. And the people above us were constantly smoking pot, and the smell radiated through our place.
