The property is well appointed & would be very comfortable however the property is really dirty & the over all appearance is grotty.

The entire property is covered in spider webs, spiders even dropped down on us when we were in bed each night! dead plants greet you at the front & back doors along with the spiders, we had water leak from the sink or dishwasher (not really sure which as we tightened everything to fix it which stopped any re-occurrence), the oven was filthy & smoked the place out when we went to use it, we had to clean out the fridge, there were big stains on the carpet in the main bedroom & it looks dirty over all. All the floors & shower bases were sticky to walk on, the soles of our shoes were black after a few days there. This place needs an overhaul, it’s condition isn’t suitable for high or low paying guests.
