Tourist trap! there was mold on the walls, the apartment was dirty! Noise everywhere until the morning!

Very clean apartment. Beds where super comfortable. Spacious shower for 2 people. Modern decor. Plenty of space for storing clothes, shoes etc...

Lack of basic kitchen supplies like salt, oil, sugar (only two packets of sugar for one day) and also a frying pan cover

The building’s own parking doesn’t work so street parking can be difficult.

The apartment was everything as advertised, spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen. Beds exceptionally comfortable and spacious bathrooms and lounge.

The location of the apartment block. Very modern apartments in a run down, shabby area, almost derelict in parts. Not a nice place at night for 2 females to go out. Nearest decent area at least a 10 minute walk through this really run down part and even then only a few shops and bars. An even longer walk to beach, which, apart from bars and shops there were no other amenities, no loungers or parasols etc.

Very clean and spacious apartment. Air con in living room and every bedroom. Easy access to the building and apartment. Very close to local shops, restaurants, promenade and bus station. All within 5-10 min walk.

I was in apartment 1D, and only one thing that was wrong was the kettle. Unsafe to use as the power button wasn't working and kettle do not switch off when water was ready.

Modern, clean apartment in a perfect location. 5 minute walk to bars and restaurants and a 15 minute stroll to the beach. The hosts were super helpful and accommodating.

Good location with a walking distance from the port, restaurants, cafes and stores (there is also a mall nearby). The apartment is clean and spacious, with a very easy check in and check out process.

The apartment is a little humid, so the towels or our swimsuits couldn’t dry properly and fast. Perhaps a little hanger to dry clothes would be useful

it’s was so homely and cosy and felt like home from home. I will def be booking again in the future when we visit the island again next year. everything is all so close by. manger was excellent also and let us check in before our estimated time of arrival.

The apartment is amazing very clean and spacious.. the staff are very friendly and polite it was easy to check in and check out and overall a brilliant experience I will definitely be staying here again if I go to Arrecife! 5 star.

the property was immaculate, like a home from home. we travelled to see Lanzarote not to sit in an apartment it was perfect for what we wanted.

Great location - didn't take us more than 30 minutes to drive to any point in the island, and the area with the local restaurants by the sea was only a 5 minute walk away. The apartment was elegant and very clean, and getting in/out was hassle free.

Not Friendly

The apartment is very fresh and clean, you have everything you need in there. The air conditioning, wi-fi, TV, kitchen stuff, fridge, microwave. It was really nice time in the apartment.

I’d suggest to have trash containers for different types of trash to not put everything in just one container. Since it’s told everywhere how important is it on the islands

you can hear the people upstairs. thankfully, my upstairs neighbours were courteous and weren’t loud. I’ve already spoken to the property staff, but it would be nice if there were more lights along the entrance (be careful!)

The apartment was brand new, all works well. Kitchet well equipped. Location in city is OK. Arrecife is close to Airport. What is especiali perfect there is 2 Supermarket near. THX for all 5*
