The breakfast was very good with freshly squeezed tropical fruit juice and tropical fruits every day throughout my stay.

The WIFI in my room was not always available and must be due to the access point location in the corridor

I was fasting and they served me Suhur at 4:00 am in the morning and that was beyond my expectations.

Breakfast wasn't great. Ask for an interior room. I was upgraded to a room with a view but the mosque speakers were too loud. The staff switched me with no problems.

The room, especially the bathroom, looked a bit outdated. The pool is an indoor pool.

For the price of the room, we were so relieved and surprised to see how tastefully decorated and very comfortable this hotel was, from its well appointed entrance and reception, to its perfectly working air conditioning (very important in Douala), and its clean and comfy bed and warm shower. I stayed in much worse 4* hotels (we were genuinely confused as to why it is a 3* only). From their very efficient and polite staff at reception and restaurant, we had a truly great overnight stay. Breakfast was served in a cool and pleasant restaurant with all the desirable options, including cooked food, eggs made to order, pastries and fruit.

It wasn't a problem for us, but beware that you may be awoken by the early morning calls to prayer from the mosque across the road. While my husband was wearing earplugs and couldn't hear anything, and I enjoyed listening to it, it's important to mention if you have issues with noise. And the road/city noises are also very loud, even on the 7th floor!

it was well located, clean and easy. there was no hassle with anything.

loud event on that night that stopped me from sleeping. the swimming pool was not running the one night I stayed and wanted to use it. the Wi-Fi did not reach our room.

The amenities and friendly reception by staff

The workers were bilingual and very hospital. Breakfast was good and available in variety.

The price of the food was a bit too expensive. One or two instances when I noticed bed bugs.

THE DINNER AT ROOF FLOOR, VERY POOR SERVICE AND VERY LATE AND GENERALY THE FOOD IN THE HOTEL IS VERY POOR
