The location was quiet, with a lovely view. Large bathroom, king size bed. Residential area felt safe and made walks comfortable. Staff at checked in Victoria were prompt and helpful with issues. Excellent supply of games for a rainy day.

The suite is showing wear and tear. Sheets thin. Appliances not best quality. Some living room furniture needs repair/replacement. TV service package not adequate. Overall not what we expected for the rate, other than location.

Wet sheets were in the cupboard. One of the blankets smelled. Very little storage space

The location for this property was excellent. Nice quiet cul-de-sac at end of the road. It was super quiet which was also nice and close to anything you might need for shopping/groceries. Everything was made available in the kitchen area for eating in if you chose to do that. It was definitely a step up from a normal hotel room.

We did have an issue with the patio door not being locked when we arrived and once we reported this on day 1 it took 5 days to get this resolved which caused some stress. There also appears to be a lack of maintenance in some regards as a kitchen bulb was burnt out, cutting board had not been cleaned and our only source of heat was from the fireplace in the room as the gauges for the heat did not appear to function.
