water was being worked on from midnight to 8 am so we were told to try not to use the facilities during that time, didn't know about it until check in so it was a surprise

layout is poor. No bar of soap. no house keeping because it was Christmas. $400 dollars a night should come with cleaning I don’t care what the holiday is. No
room service at all. No yea in the room just coffee no bottle water I’m the room. Really just a 3 star hotel with a 5 star price tag

It was a quite hotel with friendly staff. The rooms were big and the hotel is located in a nice area by the PIER. grocery stores nearby and restaurants
in 4 days they never changed my towels. nobody every replaced my garbage bags. they charge extra for parking. there is not breakfast included in the price and it is definitely not cheap. it feels more like a condominium building. it does not feel like a hotel. Not sure i would go back. i will most probably not go back

Would have liked a manicure but they were fully booked
Because of a shortage of staff my room was not serviced but I still had to pay FULL FULL PRICE nothing offered eg complimentary coffee from coffee shop. Coffee in the room was not good.

great location, easy to stay at bc of parking and the good restaurant
the bed wasn’t comfortable, had a dip in the middle suggesting it was old. the pillows also were flat and unsupportive

Outstanding and exception reception from Karen. This function can be the point of difference from lots of hotels that all have great locations and beds and comfort. But Karen gave us one of the best reception and helpful hints throughout her shift. Congrats Karen and thank you for making this visit so memorable
Price - All travel industry aspects are inflated due Covid but the price meant we were only able to stay the one night. Would loved to have stayed much longer.
