The location is perfect for relaxing after exploring zell am See whole day.

great location and big enough for our group. sauna was a great addition and apartment was lovely.
Was lacking a few bits but it didn’t effect our stay really. (chopping boards (we ended up buying some) and cooking dishes.)

The apartment is very nice luxurious. It was very clean.
They charge 110 Eur for cleaning and still asks us to clean the dishes and take out the garbage before we leave. We stayed only for 1 day, they will only need to change the sheets for 110 Eur. That's a rip off.

Well equiped apartment. We had everything we needed, well heated and comfortable. Each bedroom with its bathroom. Close to both Kaprun and Zell am See ski lifts by car or ski bus

Modern, very cousy place,clean,good shower rooms and nice livingroom&kitchen area.
Maybe location good be bit better (taxis always asks where come). On the otherhand bus stop is just front of

Loved the whole place. The rooms were cozy. The view from the living room was really nice too.
The check in was approx 2 kms away. Not so good for people who don't have a car to travel.

The great thing is that there is a toilet hose/bidet
batteries of TV remotes need to be changed.
No trash/garbage bin in rooms only in the kitchen/bathroom
It would would be great if laundry is available in the apartment

The location of the appartment was great. We really enjoyed watching the train and view of the mountain. The kitchen was equipped. This is our third time to stay in this appartment. We liked the outdoor area, garden. I really recommend to stay in it. It is closed to many things likes markets, zell lake, and other tourism places.
It is better to have clothes washing machine. The iron was not so hot.

Beds were comfortable and ensuite bathrooms were nice. Dog friendly with a garden.
We were a party of 5 in a 2 bedroom apartment - but this was too many for the limited space. The kitchen lacked space for storage, equipment for cooking, and for food preparation. There was one 3 seater sofa for all of us so seating was limited. As the bathrooms were both ensuite, the person on the sofa bed had to access a bathroom via a bedroom (not ideal or comfortable for extra people). The location is several kilometres out of Zell am See, next to a train line and in a semi industrial / out of town type shopping area, with no local bars, shops or restaurants so you need a car! The parking spaces are very small for the amount of flats in the facility.
