Our butler, Meen, took care for all of our needs. She was amazing! Great breakfast, very clean, very nice beach.

I think it was expansive comparing to other hotels in the area. 15 min drive for fisherman village an 15 min drive to chewang.

Our stay at Kimpton was an absolute delight, with stunning design and layout, rich and abundant breakfast, and exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and helpful staff.

The beach area was just ok. There are a lot of rocks to be aware of when going into the water. The offered activities and kids club would be even better with wider range and an enhanced quality.

It is a beautiful property with access to the beach. It had a really great breakfast buffet.

We had great expectations from this hotel, unfortunately it didn’t meet our expectations. We were in several 5 stars hotels in Thailand and they always served you with this feeling, it almost like they were massively short on staff. No one is serving you water, no service on the beach, no extra 5* services, no app (we found that most 5* hotels in Thailand has an app and it make your stay much more comfortable), the lobby is awfully hot and unpleasant to sit there. The stuff was trying to help us, but it was just a mess, they really can’t communicate and their English level is really low (I’ll be fair and say that most places in Thailand are just like that). They declared that they are an hotel for good living and lifestyle and brought Yoga to the hotel routine, the only Yoga class was at 7am, we are relatively early risers and it was still early for us, take that we were on vacation. The 8ball pool next to the pool is in awful condition, and only night activities were the same fire show Wednesday and Friday. About the price, we paid the most for this hotel compare with other hotels in the area that were better and cheaper. If you don’t swim in money to book a private beach access and look for luxury I would recommend a different place.

Amazing staff and facilities. Rooms are great and the pool area is superb. Kids club is amazing.

Breakfast is good - although service is slow. The Thai food on offer in the casual restaurant is decent but could vary more as it is the same all and very day. The fine dining restaurant is uninteresting and overpriced. On balance, disappointing food that doesn’t live up to the staff and facilities at all.

Only 6 beds around the pool that are not in the water so you have to be early to get one! The food and drink are too expensive and mark-up is huge versus what you can get outside! A standard $10USD bottle of wine is $50USD

Staff very friendly, clean well maintained. Very comfy bed and pillows. Amazing breakfast. Superb food in restaurants. Easy access to local town.
