Everything was perfect.

The perfect resort! The stuff was so kind and helpful. The owner was nice and friendly! We liked everything in the resort- our beautiful suite, the spa, the food, the stuff. I recommend everyone to go there.

The staff were really kind thoughtful and friendly and made our stay an absolute pleasure. The chef cooked us food that was not on the menu due to his absolute love of his craft. The food was amazing. The terrace pool terrace had spectacular views of both mountains and lake. Comfortable bed with excellent en suite facilities. The aspect of our stay that we valued the most was the welcome we received from the staff. Outstanding.

We would have appreciated it if the terrace pool had been attended to, to the same standard as the main pool. There was music playing by the main pool all day and the terrace pool became our sanctuary. But the cleanliness of this special feature was not always of a high standard. We would have appreciated being able to make a hot drink in our room. There were not facilities for this.

The best place i ever visit

Everythink was amazing. There was the most delicious food i ever try. the staff were very excellent and kind, even though they had a lot of work, they did their best to be excellent, they were also very kind, especially the receptionist

It’s very clean and the bath room and pool area are really nice. The staff at the reception was very helpful with any requests.

The staff at the restaurant is very inattentive so you‘ll have to bring a lot of time and patience. Especially for breakfast the service was bad. We waited all in all 1 h only for our coffees (30 min for the 1st one and 30 min for the 2nd one). You only get one coffee for breakfast, if you want more you‘ll have to pay. The breakfast is quite ordinary.

This is my third time in Albania. I think this is one of the best hotels I’ve been in. It is clean, helpful and polite staff, beautiful design. They serve amazing breakfasts. Outside area with a swimming pool looks really nice. The room where I stayed in had everything I needed. I can definitely recommend it for a short and a longer stay too.

Deluxe is a very luxury hotel and big investment, but need to improve with staf management imetialely as 5-star hotel.

Lack of staf and we expected big open bufe breakfast, but instead anly some eggs and pancakes and no milk or juice ( certainly staf issue )

The location of the hotel is perfect, on the road to Montenegro, nearby at the boarder. The look of the hotel is very nice, the pool, the enterieur is wonderful, the lake and the hills are beautiful. The wifi was perfect, 5G everywhere. The breakfast was ok, we could ask any drinks without alcohol, nice omlet, ham, two cheese slice, tomato and gurkin, than fried pancake with honey or marmalade. The left and right room is nois free.

The smell in the bathroom was not so nice, the curtains could not be pulled together and we did not have in one room any towel. (We received after we asked for) There were no handkerchiefs. The safe was not working in one room, in the other it was. The temperature in the rooms could be adjusted from 20-21 C, not other options. (too cold for children), had to adjust (close each time we pulled out the key from the batch). The breakfast was table served and the same like last day. All higienic fluids (bath and hair claeners) were reused or refilled. We heared until 10 music all day, one night the upper room was too noisy, a child was running over and over.

The staff were very friendly, obliging and professional. The swimming pool was massive with beautiful views of the mountains behind it. The food was delicious and the service was great.

The location is a bit out of the city but you can get a taxi to Shkoder for less than €10 and a taxi to Podgorica airport for around €40 which the hotel were happy to organise for us.

Fantastic hotel and very affordable price for what you get. Absolutely clean and organised. The hotel is new and you can feel it, everything is neat. The staff is really friendly,helpful and well English spoken staff, everything I needed for a comfortable stay was there. Breakfast was delicious. The food is fresh and well prepared. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel, absolutely deserves 5 star.
