the Apartment was spacious and comfy I really like the apartment I booked on booking.com. The location is perfect, with easy access to all the places I wanted to visit during my stay. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is modern, and the kitchen has all the appliances and utensils I needed to prepare meals. Additionally, the host was very accommodating and made sure that everything was in order for my arrival. Overall, I am very satisfied with my booking and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the city.

There were a few things that could have been better during my stay. For example, there weren't any tall hangers in the closet, a couple of the kitchen handles weren't working properly, absence of a lock in the bedroom, and there was no microwave in the kitchen. However, when I requested a microwave, it was promptly provided to me.

Very bad behaviour from the owner of the apartment( islam saad) to refuse late check in unless I pay one extra night ( 85 USD) and to let the watchman count my guests I invited for the dinner and to let (hossam) threatened me of keeping the insurance amount ( 3000 eg. pounds) if I invited any guests to the apartment next time. Really it was the worst vacation I ever spent.

The apartment was stunning specially furniture very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks for miss mona and mr hossam. Hoping book it again. Best regards for you all.

I like that the house is complete with all the stuffs that i need eg: iron, ironboard, washing machine, refrigerator, tv that connect to internet, free netflix, free fast wifi etc. The view in front of the house in magnificent. Suprisingly eventho the house situated beside the busy road, i can't barely hear any of the horn of the car.

Maybe can put some sign for kiblat direction

Ms Mona n Mr izzat was very helpful during our stay. Any problem, they'll always one call away. But they can only speak Arabic, no English. N they also very kind n friendly.

The owner kind a mixed us up at first because there are 2 other malaysian customer other than me. N I actually entered the wrong house that was supposed to be my friend's. But the problem solved in instant because they are my friends.

I booked panorama sea view apartment and pay 20 $ to change the booking date (due to emergency) to keep the same apartment, then when I came I found the available apartment is sea side view. when I discuss with the owner he told me both are the same price and he change to the available apartment (without pre-information)

Dina is such a great host, she is descent and cooperative. She waited for us though we were little late. Place is comfy and cozy, my kids liked it especially the TV room, it's amazing. View is exceptional for all rooms. I highly recommend this is place and will be in my fav list for my coming stays in Alexandria.

It would be much more convenient if a microwave is added to the kitchen. Also a prayer mat would be a very nice gesture. However, place is still perfect and really deserves.
