We did not stay for breakfast. We had an evening meal which was very poor. The menu in the restaurant was very expensive eg. Black Angus steak 39€, I wouldn’t like to have seen what they did with it!! The place does not rate a restaurant with the prices they are charging.

The whole place ! We did appreciate the secure parking and one member of staff who was particularly helpful however.

Falta un poco de mantenimiento: puerta del baño que no cierra, la bañera no tiene tapón para poder llenarla lo que imposibilita su uso.

Booking.com advised room rate was €69 and €79 with our dog. They charged me €89 and because I didn’t speak Spanish I couldn’t understand their explanation. I was not informed correctly on the price by booking.com and believe I am owed €10.

It was very clean and the car parking was in a gated area, so I felt it was safe. The beds were very comfortable. The food was really great and the hotel staff were very professional and friendly on check-in.

In one of our family’s rooms the shower head didn’t fix to the wall so it was impossible to have a shower and the toilet was in a very small cubicle which was difficult to use. The wait staff in the restaurant were extremely disrespectful to us as we had to eat outside given that we were travelling with a dog. They summoned us in to collect cutlery, plates and eventually our food, seemingly as they did not agree with and/or want to serve us outside, despite pets not being permitted in the restaurant interior, which is perfectly understandable; however, mindful that the hotel is animal friendly the manner in which they treated us ruined an otherwise pleasant stay.
