Everything was very clean. It was quiet and the staff were very friendly!!

We liked everything I do wished they offered a few things for breakfast, but I-Hop was right next door, so not a big deal.

Very comfortable. Close to where we wanted to be.

Dear Sir or Madam: When we made this reservation, we requested a top floor room. When we arrived, we reiterated our request for a top floor room and were told they had no top floor rooms available. They put us in room 333, which is right next to the stairway. In both our first and second nights there, we were awoken numerous times from the stairway door closing and guests going up and down the stairs. I was in town for a medical appointment, and having 2 nights in a row of not getting a decent nights sleep made my medical appointment all the worse. In any event, we checked out of our room prior to 11:00 am on June 26th, which was one day prior to our scheduled check-out date. We told the front desk clerk why we were checking out one day earlier. When asking the front desk clerk for check-out paperwork to prove that we had checked out, she refused to give us anything, saying that she couldn't help us in any way because we made our reservation through Booking.com. One of the basic expectations of staying at any hotel is being able to get a decent nights sleep. We feel that at a minimum, we should be refunded the one day we did not stay at this hotel. Apparently, Booking.com would be the company that would issue this refund per the clerk at WoodSpring Suites. Therefore, please refund back to our credit card whatever the room rate was for Monday, June 26th which we paid for. Thank you, John Werling

checked into room and noticed a bug crawling on the floor. took the bug to the front desk clerk and she acted like she didn’t see the bug. asked for a full refund and was refused. talked to the manager and she said she would give me my money back. I received a partial credit on my account. I do have a video of the ticks in my room. very unprofessional management and staff.
