Very spacious and comfortable, very well equipped, good location in Egkomi, close to supermarket and bakery, great ice creams and waffles downstairs.

Nothing- all was very good.

I travel quite often and honestly the apartment has nothing to envy to big hotels and expensive apartments. Mr. Andreas is excellent. The apartment is in one of the best locations in Nicosia and provides everything and everything is within walking distance. I will definitely visit again.

Renos' apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable and has a lovely sunset view ... Located near a supermarket, nice coffee bar and restaurant and within a few minutes driving of the city centre. Renos and his family are very helpful and friendly. The apartment has recently been refurbished and has all necessary amenities. We had a wonderful stay!

It was one of the best places we stayed with Booking.com, we liked everything - location, spacious apartment which has everything you need, smooth check in, surroundings. The communication with the host was very easy and pleasant, the check in was smooth. The apartment is airy and stylish, it has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area which can be easily used as an office for those who have a business trips. This place is equipped with all new electrical appliances - air conditions, smart TV, washing machine, iron, microwave, toaster, etc. Bed and sofa, pillows & bed linens are new and very comfortable. The apartment was sparkling clean, which is important for us. The apartment has specious bathroom with shower, the hot water service works properly. Downstairs of the building there is a coffee show Cremoso with great coffee and tasty crepes/waffles. The next door there is a souvlaki restaurant. Opposite the building there are bakery, pharmacy, petrol station, Scandia shop, large supermarket Papantoniou, etc. The neighborhood is excellent.

There was nothing that we didn't like during our week stay at apartment.
