Amazing location

Stained bedsheets throughout. Filthy couches covered in stains. Cooktop doesn't work. Have to turn ac off when you go out so apartment is boiling when return. No prior information in relation to have to basically clean your apartment before leaving to get 200 deposit back, including taking out the rubbish! No prior information to advise no pork or alcohol allowed into the property. Booking.com needs to be much improved to address things like this

Las vistas desde el apartamento son impresionantes y la ubicación es muy buena. El staff también intentó ayudar en cualquier necesidad.

Las sábanas estaban sucias. En una de las habitaciones habían insectos, no sé si eran chinches u otro tipo de insecto pero vimos en las cortinas y en el suelo. Las camas de la litera hacían muchísimo ruido y fue imposible dormir en ellas.

Location - Kg Bahru LRT/MRT Station & Saloma bridge was next to the apartment. Food - Around the corner just by walked for Wanjo,Suraya,Kak Som & another stall. Apartment 43th Floor (Block A) - Comfortable. Facility just nice. Clean. City view. Management - Good service & staff.

Facilities in the kitchen not complete, don’t have plate and glass. Refund - took more than 3 day’s.

Nichts! Bin nach einer Nacht in ein Hotel umgezogen. Bilder auf booking.com sind ein fake. Extremste Gebrauchsspuren. Verbindungstür mit Lappen auf dem Boden abgedichtet und man hört alles aus dem angrenzenden Appartement. Gehörte wohl zusammen. In meinem Fall ab Mitternacht bis nach 3 Uhr Lärm, Musik, Geschrei. Alle Telefonnummern, auch die beiden 24/7 sind nie zu erreichen gewesen, Mailbox. Selbst das Auschecken war problematisch. Weil niemand zu erreichen war. Mittags für 2 Stunden, musste dann booking.com Kundenservice einschalten.Habe per WhatsApp, per Mail, per Telefon alle Nummern immer wieder versucht. Kitchenet besteht lediglich aus ein paar Plastik Teller und Tassen und ein Wasserkocher. Der ist schon Standard in jedem Hotel. Die Handtücher alt und Fäden gezogen. Schimmel am Waschbecken, Armatur am Bidet Spülschlauch/WC fehlte. An der Wand lagerte eine alte Matratze, sah toll aus. Das Bügelbrett versüfft. Alles machte einen miesen Eindruck. Dafür muss man zur Rezeption, welche sich in einer oberen Etage in einem anderen Teil des Gebäudes befindet. Als erstes die Hausregeln!! unterschreiben und das Deposit hinterlegen. Dann darf man mit Gepäck wieder nach unten, um in einen anderen Teil der Gebäudes ,bei mir 22/14, zu gelangen. Allein die WhatsApp Kommunikation mit der Rezeption bei Ankunft dauerte 40 Minuten. Das sing die Regeln wurde mir immer wieder gesagt. Das war die schlechteste Unterkunft meines Lebens. Ich bin schon viel gereist. Dafür, dass es weniger als das Nichts gab, ich mich geeckelt habe, war es entschieden zu teuer. Booking.com sollte die Darstellung auf seiner Seite dringend überarbeiten.

kali ke 3 menginap di sini tapi kali ini masa menunggu lift lama.. katanya da lift yg rosak.

Strategic location. I love that there’s supermarket right below the apartment. And there’s food heaven right outside the apartment. I enjoyed it so much.

This was my 2nd time staying here. I felt that this time there’s an issue with the lift. The lift was slow. We had to wait for quite a while. And this time only 1 wing , W2 is not allowed to access lvl 25 onwards. Basically the main problem is the lift waiting time.

Clean, comfortable for couple plus one child max.

Biggest disappointment there is no drinking / filtered water machine or filtered tap water. The staff had assured me filtered tap water is available in all Luzzeri units. Please put at least a mini fridge in studio apartment so that at least guests can buy own drinks or water to cool them. Hairdryer cannot be used as it is flat pinned and there is no adapter provided.

Spacious house. Comfortable beds. Beautiful night view.

The pillows were too “soft” The water pressure can be improved (not too bad but…) TV has minimal (to nothing) channel options.

The view is so nice. The room is spacious. Suitable for family. Location also strategic. Below is lrt kg bharu. Many local restaurant. May towels provided.

Not enough kitchen utensil to cook. I end up need to buy myself. The staff did not respond to my question on kitchen utensil until the day of check out.The kitchen hob not functioning. There leak at one of the bathroom. No plastic for garbage can. I stay for a weeks need to use my own. No tissue or kitchen towel. How to wipe after eat. No manual lock at front door did not feel secure at all. In summary i choose the place because i need to have place to cook for a week family stay. But not enough cookware, unfunctioning kitchen hob,no kitchen towel was a let down. Plus lack of security. If improve all i mentioned. It will be perfect as the location and view is superb.

There is always room to improve, many facilities, especially the kitchen is not complete. The bathroom’s sink cleanliness is a bit minor setback.

Good location. There is a mini mart at the building which is very convenient and plenty of good local food within walking distance. Amazing view from the balcony...

Love the view. Suitable for travel with family.

It is near a main highway, thus at night the noise from 2 stroker motorbikes can be heard even at the 32 floor
