The apartment was extremely clean , spacious. Host was very friendly. Over all in swiss I've seen no fans and it got real hot this summer ,we had to request fan. I wish they can put more toilet paper and kitchen towel paper. But over it was very pleasant place , quite, close to train station literally 7 min walk. 7 min walk there is coop where we did our groceries. Excellent place .

Very comfortable bed and great provision of bathroom essentials & hairdryer Good space in living room Great parking options and provision of permit and directions to garage very clear. Very close to public transport and provision of bern ticket was incredibly helpful to our travels thank you very much!

Could do with a baking sheet for the oven, plug for kitchen sink, and oven gloves for the oven too but otherwise great accomodation.

The windows and the balcony looked out onto a small garden.

Some neighbors were a bit noisy on December 28 from about 21:00 to 22:30. They were not noisy during the other days I spent in this apartment -- on December 27 and 29.

Location: Perfect for our needs! Excellent communication with host. I would rate her as a "Super Host". Excellent access to public transportation! Excellent and complete supply of kitchen, cleaning, laundry, and other needs. Round table in living area made it easy to entertain guests for dinner. Very clean, comfortable, and cozy for our long stay.

Neighbors conversations were sometimes quite noisy in evenings (in the bedroom, but not the living areas) when we tried to sleep. Could not figure out how to use TV, although this was not a major issue, because we rarely watch TV (ie, was only a bit annoying when I was unable to watch some UEFA Nations Cup matches.) Location of sofa makes it somewhat awkward to watch TV.
