L'accueil du personnel.

L'adresse mentionnée n'est pas bonne. J'ai utilisé le maps, ça n'a pas fonctionné. Le numéro de téléphone ne fonctionne pas. J'ai du demandé à plusieurs habitant de la ville pour arriver à destintion (jusqu'à l'hôtel). Le climatiseur était off depuis leur bureau. Je ne pouvais pas l'allumer depuis ma chambre. J'ai passé tout le séjour sans le climatiseur. Le petit dejeuner était que du spaghetti. Pour une personne qui aime c'était bien, mais dans mon cas ce n'était pas bien. Je souhaitais avoir au moins un autre choix.

Nothing, everything was terrible

Everything was trash from the place itself to the staff. I was recommended by a friend who knows the owner and honestly thought it was a good place by the pictures. They put me in a room that smelled horrible, it smelled like it hasn't been open in a while, then there's dust all over the TV and furnitures, cobwebs in the fan. Summer heat in Haiti, no AC, no fan. They said AC is from 10p to 6a, wrong they open it between 10-10h30p and by 1am it's gone. Oooh dont get me started on the water, I came back to the room at 4am there's none to even flush the toilet and one time I find myself finishing my shower with a bottle of drinking water like wtf. The pool dirty af it's stable water not being filtered. The breakfast, oh Lord, spaghetti is not that hard to make come on y'all.

few toast, fruits, Frruit Drink , coffee is little better.

connect wifi, but no connection at all. My main concern is wifi connection. If I am not able to connect wifi , I can't do my next booking, trips etc at all. Power cuts too. A/C is not working more than 20 hours. GPS is not correct at all. No way can find the place with GPS. Only known Taxi driver was able to find place.

The staff was rude, the property was dirty, nothing that was stated in the website is actually true, it was all around a terrible experience
