The sea breeze waking me up every morning.

Beyond my expectations. I like the sound of the sea waking me up every morning. The sunset is crazy.

Everithing was so great. The food , the beach, the staff and security was exellent.

Rooms are nice and comfortable, love the closeness of the beach. Very relaxing and chill place.

Everything on the menu was delicious. The rooms are a bit outdated but comfortable and nice. The white send beach in front of the rooms is just breathtaking.

Usually when I go to this resort, the employees are really friendly, genuinely happy. So the last time i went, that lady named Rose did a really bad job at welcoming me. She was rude, incompetent. So if i’m paying big money to go to a place, to spend time to a place, you’re not expecting me to stay to a room lesser than what i paid. So she gave me a room if i recall, room 17 which was not even clean and mostly it was not matching the price i paid on expedia. So, when i went to her to explain the situation and that I was not going to sleep in that room, i showed her the receipt and everything. She was tellig me oh that’s not the price she saw on her computer. So I was like there’s a discrepancy somewhere. Because on my phone, my receipt, my bank account said that i paid that much for 6 nights, and you’re telling me it’s lesser on your computer. So i was like can i speak to a supervisor, she was catching big attitude. Like if you’re not qualified to do something, it’s okay to get help. So after waiting for a good minute, she was like all the rooms are booked she can’t move people from their room to accommodate me. Meanwhile, i booked with them since the 13th of may. So i was like i’m not sleeping outside nor do i want to go to a different place. She was like huffing and puffing. After a while, she’s like i got 2 rooms you can check, so i went and picked out 1. The room felt like nobody has stepped inside for a good minute. There was no water to flush the toilet, etc. It was bad

Really enjoyed our stay

The place is awesome, staffs are very professional, the place is clean and quiet. I can’t wait to go back again.

Me and my wife, we've been to different places in Cap-Haitien. I put Cormier Plage Resort on top. Excellent breakfast daily, sitting on the balcony. The restaurent served excellent food. Don't forget to mention the free pick-up at the airport. We are coming back for the summer.

The service is here was utterly atrocious. My family and I stayed here for 3 days and did not see one employee smile the entire time. Unfortunately, they are much more concerned with the beach guest visiting for the day from the Royal Caribbean cruise ship then their actual hotel guests. One night we sat in the restaurant and after 20 minutes my wife finally went to the bar to try and order food because we had yet to be waited on. The bar tender took our order to the cook and the cooks exact words were "I'm too busy, I can't serve them." ARE YOU KIDDING ME! You cant serve the guest that paid to stay at the hotel??? Plus one night they had a DJ that blared music from 10pm all the way until 7am. What kind of normal functioning hotel does this? This is just a beach, the resort has died a lomg time ago.

The staff was excellent. The room needs an update. Being on the beach is a bonus, but the room and bathroom were horrible.

Beautiful grounds and gardens, exceptional beach, and attentive and courteous staff. The owner/manager was accommodating, there was excellent Haitian artwork throughout the property, and there was a great restaurant serving local organic produce; the pork was delicious.

Cormier does an excellent job in trying times. Staff are cheerful and go out of their way to give great service.

They need to update and improve , it seems that they have not make any changes since originally built, in my room there was a patch up sink.

There is no electricity during day time and it’s affects those who are using laptops and iPads. They could have charged $10 more per day and provide electricity to the customers. The hotel is by the beach but no screen when one opens the door. But it’s a good spot for those who enjoy nature.
