Really liked the ease of access to highway.
First, a/c did not work and made loud noise and no other room was available. Secondly, some of the lights in the room did not work. Finally, when I called the front desk in the morning for an iron and ironing board, I was told nothing was open or available until 10am. All this made for an unpleasant stay.

Located close to the mall
Construction happening in the rooms. The smell was overwhelming too.

Great location, close to shopping centers. The beds were comfy and cold air.
Our key was deactivated and we were unable to get into our room when we arrived at 3am. It took the front staff about 20 mins to come to the front. She did not smile, give an explanation for apologize for the error. We were only given 3 towels when we were a party of 4. The shower was dirty.

The price and location, with clean rooms and a great laundry with a very easy to use app made my stay really good! I would definitely come back!
I wish it had a pool, but there was nothing i didn’t like. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

The room has a full size refrigerator, microwave, sink, and 2 top burner, which helped us not spend food going our.
Walls are paper thin, complaints about yelling and smoking go in one ear and out the other with the staff.

The place is bad, people are bad, there was a fight in the parking lot, hit and runs car accidents.

Checked in then walked in the room and walk out right away went downstairs and checked out rooms was not what was expected and didn't get refunded really disappointed

The front office personnel was no help with my questions. The room was filthy and infested with roaches. The floor was muddy and beds had crumbs. The room was a non smoking room and smelled of smoke all through out and hotel as well.Tried to get a refund because of the conditions of the room. We didn’t not stay at all for both nights we had booked. The general manager did not care to help us the least to get the refund and told us to go ahead and post our bad review online. He told us to “do what we gotta do.” So unprofessional will never stay at a woodsprings suites and will never recommend them to anyone.

NOT ONE THING. This place only looks nice from the outside. It is impossible to find. I should've known it was going to be filth from the looks of the parking lot.
This place was disgusting, the smell of cigarettes, and body odor is outrageous. DO NOT STAY HERE. Spend an extra couple of dollars and stay somewhere CLEAN. I wouldn't wish this place on anyone.
