The location is fantastic. We have stayed at this site once before and will again, just not at number 32.

The chalet was really dirty. I understand you have contract cleaners, so I think it's important to let you know that they aren't doing their job properly. When we entered the property, the first thing we saw was a bottle of cleaning solution on the settee and a filthy duster on the TV stand in front of the tv. I'm not sure where the dirt was from on the duster, probably a previous chalet, because there wasn't much cleaning done in our chalet! Floor were dirty/dusty in the bedrooms (especially under the beds, they were full of dirt) and the front room wasn't great either. We picked up a brush to sweep it ourselves, but the brush bristles were absolutely covered in dirt/dust. The oven was dirty, so we didn't use this at all, Microwave wasn't that clean and I had to clean it myself. There was also a crochet throw on the sofa, we lifted this up to put it straight and it was full of dust and crumbs underneath. Minor works need to be sorted at the property. A screw was loose where you plug in the toaster, which is obviously dangerous. The long panel at the bottom of the kitchen units was broken. The base of the shower (on the outside) had come away on the left side.

Could have been cleaner, oven was not used as it was filthy, we cleaned things before use and mainly used our own stuff.

The location, the views, the beach, and the neighbours, also very peaceful with no noise. Lots of activities to do within a 10 minute walk. The WiFi was easy to access and worked 99% of the time. Would 100% come back and stay at this chalet again.

It says that towels are included, we brought our own towels anyway, however there was only a hand towel and tea towel included, it would be better if this was stated as some people could assume there would be other towels.

Checked in after a long day at work only to find there were no towels or internet connection information Property also has damp smell although there were numerous dehumidifier boxes which were almost full of water and would have expected these to be replenished prior to our check in.Looking forward to total or partial refund even though historic reviews were being managed by different agent.
