Was not told was not getting charged for entire stay at check in only to be called to front desk on last 2 days of trip to be told will be charged again for last two days

The location was nice and all of the appliances were updated.

Staff. Krystal was very rude and disrespectful she gave very much ghetto and it’s made my stay uncomfortable because when she was at the desk and I needed something i wouldn’t ask until another staff member was there

Nice clean parking lot was well lit and the security in getting in was good

Wish there had been a pool

It was such a disappointment. The ratings do not match what the place was like It was the worst accommodations my family had in many years We wanted to check out but there were no other hotels available. My Grandson got bit by something during the night.

Needs to have professional cleaning, disinfecting and just overall makeover. They also need security their was a domestic assault that went on in the hallway of the hotel!! This place was the worst!!

the beds are hard and the pillows are flat.. It wasn’t a comfortable sleep.. We didn’t even make it to checkout time.. First night of being married and we slept very uncomfortably

staff members are friendly

very cheaply done. The walls are so thin I heard the guest in the room next to mine snoring. Bed and frame are horrible.

Great facility! loved that it’s non-smoking everywhere. Staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Cleanliness was amazing! The price was great as it was lower than even the other hotels around!

Only down side we had was the volume of the beeper/ringer in the elevator for each floor. it could be turned down, it’s high pitch and at the volume it’s at quite annoying and piercing. Only down side to the whole place!

I only stayed for one night but paid for two nights n they told me I couldn’t get a refund for the 2night so I will night b coming back

Loved that it was close to Liberty University

I liked everything

The bed was fine but there needed to be more pillows. Room was clean. Bathroom needed more towels. Air conditioner worked. There was a peephole cover to close off the peephole.

No sense of privacy in the room due to thin wall construction. We could hear the tenants in the next room talking late into the night and banging furniture around. Using the bathroom you had to wonder how much noise was being transmitted to the next room also. We spoke in whispers so as to not be heard by other folks in the hotel. The hallway stank and walking down the hallway you could hear folks in the other rooms talking or hear the TV. Again, the end result is no sense of privacy in the place. This was the only time we'll stay in a Woodspring Suites hotel.
