Very clean and comfortable for a group of 5 persons. Facilities provided (like cooking utensils, washing machine, etc.) were complete and very useful. Location is walking distance from the nearest train station.

Unit is in the 3rd floor with no lift. Could have been better to have a full body mirror.

I like it that the apartment was clean and super well stocked with things you need. There were 2 rooms with very comfortable bedding. An additional tatami bed was also prepared for us. It was easy to find as long as we exit from the correct side of the subway. There was also a shopping mall nearby. It was not crowded like Central Nagoya if you prefer some quiet. It is also accessible by JR Line.

I wished there was a lift but it was OK. May want to consider if you have heavy luggage to carry up 3 storeys.

Very clean room and fairly convenient location, about 700m walk to Ozone station which has good connections and not far from Nagoya station. Beds were comfortable. The whole 2DK apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything needed.

Didn't like the security camera upon entry, although this only records when you first walk into the room. Understandable that the owners want to see who is coming in and out. Like other reviews have said, the pillows were way too thick and uncomfortable so my first night's sleep could've been better.
