Friendly and helpful owner. Clean apartment, quite well equipped. Quiet neighbourhood.

We stayed here for one night. The appartement was just perfect! Very clean, free coffee and water and a very comfortable bed.

Good food. Served to order.

There was a TV however there was no TV service.

The apt is in a safer area of Belize City, and a few restaurants/bars in walking distance. check in was easy. The owner Angie is very nice and gave me many useful information. My apt was specious and clean. There were coffee maker,mugs, refrigerator and microwave.

The noise. On the back of the apt there is a busy road. I could hear the traffic even in the middle of night and some barking dogs. It’s a bit of long walking to the city center or water front.

Just great in general. We stayed for one night, so this was ideal for us to explore the city. Angie also was lovely.

I always leave at least one negative - for fairness in my reviews. Perhaps distance from the centre is the 'worst' thing about this place.

Cozy little place if you’d like to stay around the city center of Belize City! Angie was very kind and also provided me with information about the neighbourhood, supermarkets & restaurants. Definitely recommend it.

The property was in a great location near restaurants and walkable distance to town. Angie, the host, was very accommodating from the beginning to the end of our stay including arranging taxi rides for us. Appreciated the bottles of water and being able to store our bags after checking out for no additional cost.

The room was smaller than anticipated with access to the bed only from one side as it was up against the wall. Having a doorknob on the inside of the door would have been preferable.

Comfy bed, air con, cooking facility in the room. 5 mins taxi from the ferry drop off. Would recommend and stay again

Angie was wonderful, she was very informative and helped us with a taxi on the day we were leaving. The space was private, clean and had everything we needed!

felt a tad bit misleading— I thought I was renting out more than just a room for the price.. definitely need to keep that in mind. overall a good stay. there isn’t much to do in the area, other than walking or taxing to the water taxi.

There was a party at the neighbors house until midnight. Music was so loud, like it was in my room, couldn't sleep

Angie was amazing! this was a safe area and not too far from restaurants. I didn’t have much time to explore the city but the facilities were clean and nice. perfect!

Nice little place, well stocked kitchen, and bathroom. Had the most complete channel lineup I've ever seen on a TV outside of the US. Angie is wonderful, and very personable host.
