Das WLAN hat die meiste Zeit nicht funktioniert. Das Frühstück war ok. Insgesamt war das Gebäude in einem heruntergekommenen Zustand und den Preis definitiv nicht wert. Ich würde das nächste Mal woanders buchen.

Definitivamente, lo más agradable de nuestra estadía en el hotel, fue la atención de Yanoris, quien siempre con gran amabilidad estuvo atenta a nuestras necesidades. Que bueno encontrar personas como ella en nuestro viaje. Igual, la atención de Ceci en el restaurante. Admirable el compromiso y atención personalizada de los propietarios del hotel. SIN DUDA REGRESAMOS AL GOLDEN TREE.

No limpiaron la habitación, al llegar la habitación no estaba limpia al llegar de nuestro paseo la habitación seguía desordenada y la ducha estaba sucia, el desayuno mo es muy bueno . Para el precio de la habitación

This was the worst hotel I've ever been in. The staff is rude and mean to Latinos. The person who does the cleaning threatened my friend for complaining for getting a filthy room. Told her that she better stay quiet. My scrambled eggs were served on a dirty plate from someone who had finished eating. When I complained the response from the staff is that didn't care. It was disgusting. I much rather stay in the street than this place

The staff is very friendly and helpful and the bed was really comfortable. It was very clean and easy to reach from the water taxi terminal.

The wifi barely reached my room so I had to sit in the hallway to get anything done at all.

Refrigerator wasn’t plugged in when I arrived. If you leave the room, it turns off.

Perfect for the last day to stay before traveling at home. Safe area in Belize city and the staff was very friendly. Cheap shuttle service to the airport. And soon the roof terrace will be expanded even more 😍

- Nice staff. Even though they forgot about my early morning airport shuttle they found me a shabby taxi at 5 am. Sadly, there price they quoted wasn’t the one the driver wanted in the end. - They actually have a gym. Probably didn’t get cleaned or maintained in at least 2 years, but has a few machines. Better than nothing !

- The hotel is extremely dirty. Facilities, corridors, rooms - everything is covered in dust and hairs. It feels like no one ever swipes the floor. Hairs in bedsheets and shower. Sadly, this easily cancels out all positive aspects of the property. - Wifi doesn’t work in rooms (at least not 6 floor) - i had to go to the lobby area to use my phone. - Everyone keeps saying the place was recently renovated. How ? Everything is falling apart. I’m scared to imagine how it was before. Very sad.

The hotel staff was really nice for my pleasant stay in the facility. They facilitated my necessary communications for a meeting and touristic visit in Belize during my stay in the facility in the absence of my mobile connection. It was comfortable to stay this accommodation as the staff also kept the room clean.

Due to holiday season, some maintenance works, such as A/C, shower (boiler), etc., were delayed. However, during my four-night stay, the mechanical problems were improved.

Right near a grocery store. Beautiful view from higher rooms or pool area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location in middle of town, close to most things by short taxi ride. Breakfast was decent, good coffee. Certain areas could use updating or cleaning like the gym or pool bar area.

The weather was raining so didn't get to use the pool. A little smaller than I expected for the room and bathroom especially.

Breakfast is included with table service and a varied selection of food. Excellent staff service overall. We were given a bright room with large windows. A/C and WIFI worked well. Cold drinks available in lobby to take to your room, (pop/beer, etc.). Food also can be ordered, kitchen on site. Grocery store and ATM located nearby. Tours can also be booked at the hotel. There is a rooftop pool and sitting area with excellent views of town.

Part of the stuff is very nice and friendly, we would like to give a nice review to the hotel, but it is not possible as it is a disaster

- The bathroom doesn't have a curtain but just a glass, so my friend was able to look at me while pooping - The rooftop is full of garbage, dirty and the water is not working, totally empty, we found a couple having s€x - The breakfast is very poor and the same plate everyday, the quantity is also not enough and if you ask more you get charged. The waitress put a finger in my cup before serving - The dishes are not clean - Very expensive compared to what it offers
