Грязно. Не соответствует 4*. Нет принадлежностей, воды и т.д wi-fi вообще не работает

Everything was wonderful the location was unbelievably beautiful. It was paradise with the view and infinity pool. The accommodation was outstanding, very clean and the bathrooms amazing! Special thanks to Ketut who was so friendly and very welcoming and kept us always happy, we were very lucky to have him look after our family of 6.

Everything really! We stayed in the big villa next to the swimming pool. The room is big but very old. All facilities (e.g fridge, safe box, sofa, toilet) are very old. The fridge was not working and become rusty (see photo). With the conditions of facilities, they should not rent out the room. The room was not clean. There were sands on the floor and the floor was sticky. We found the cockroach on the ceiling in the room. When we arrived at around 6:30pm, there was only one man at the resort and he was off shortly after we check-in. At 9pm there was no one at the resort at all even one security guard so if we had any problem in the middle of the night, no one there to help us so the security was very poor. The breakfast was not available until 8pm as there was no staff available so we could not have breakfast and was not able to check out earlier.

the pool was awesome but didn’t think we had to share it with anybody

had to share the pool with others and I had thought we rented the whole villa privately as it said on booking come to find out we had people upstairs in our villa and the pictures we saw weren’t our room it was an upstairs room they use for pics. the room was dirty curtains had mold and ants everywhere fridge had extreme rust all over food was good but keep an eye on your ticket before checkout we got charged double for a breakfast and when they clean the room they only make the bed they don’t change the sheets or anything shower also was only cold

It was good! This hotel is located in a good location, close to the ocean. He has a nice territory and cozy bungalows! It is very pleasant to sleep under the sound of the ocean.

But I think the hotel should think about cosmetic repairs, because the plaster is falling off in our room, and it looks sad, and also change the textiles on the outdoor furniture and smooth the curtains. It's not too expensive, but it will help your hotel get better! This hotel serves a European breakfast and it's delicious, but we found a lot of small insects in the sugar and it's not very nice! If you add a little care and comfort to this hotel, it will be a great place!
