The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast exceeded my expectations by a mile. The room and bathroom were modern and comfortable. Located in the centre of the old town near many of the tourist / historical sites.

The rooms are excellent actually much much better than some 4 stars hotels. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and our room was very clean and tidy every single day of our stay just like how it was when we arrived. What a pleasant experience , we are definitely coming back next year. Thnx alot for calling the cab and making sure we were enjoying our stay.

Fantastic location right next to a very lively and popular street with everything you need. The B&B itself was amazing. The service was exceptional, nothing was an inconvenience. We had 3 rooms booked for 3 nights stay and all 6 of us absolutely loved our stay. The included breakfast was perfect and the staff who prepared and served breakfast and serviced the rooms were just beautiful people who did everything they could to make our stay a memorable one. I’d highly recommend Delle Vitoria to anyone looking for accommodation in Palermo

Nothing, it was perfect

The property was clean, bright, and comfortable. The staff was gracious and helpful. our room fronted one of the busiest, noisiest streets in Palermo, yet when the windows were closed, the noise level plummeted. it was still there, of course, but completely tolerable. Breakfast was varied, well presented and the breakfast room was comfortable.

We would have been a lot happier with a larger, clearer tourist map of the area. They were out, and the printed version was completely worthless. An updated restaurant list would be helpful. After struggling to find a recommended restaurant without a map, we were disappointed to find it closed on Sunday. On the upside, we selected another recommended restaurant and it provided one of the better meals of our stay in Sicily.

very nice and comfortable accommodations. super friendly and helpful staff — arranged several transportation events for us during our 2 stays. plus location is perfect — a block from theatro massimo and about 3 blocks from archeological museum. 1/2 block from main restaurant street and a very short distance to the 4 corners in Palermo.

Federica and the other staff were very welcoming and made our stay very comfortable. Federica also recommended us many nice local restaurants and markets for us to go. The room was very spacious and comfortable for two, and the location is amazing. Highly recommend! :)

A nice selection of pastries, yoghurt and fruits for breakfast, but it would be nice to have some gluten free pastries too. ;)
