We hardly slept due to the loud uncomfortable noise coming out of the A/C machine. We turned AC and the heater off and the noise was even worse. We were so tired didn’t have energy to complain we’re very sleepy, but it was a very uncomfortable experience. Also the blackout curtain was NOT a blackout!

Great location, very clean lobby and rooms, staff were all nice and attentive.

No complimentary breakfast. Elevator floor selection system was a bit finicky.

The hotel was clean and the staff were SO nice. The location was also perfect.

The shower had such weak water flow that it took me an hour to shower. The toilet was teeny tiny. My plus size friend could barely use it. Some of the towels looked stained. The bed sheets didn't breathe. I got way too warm and had to take them off at night. Room did not have a microwave or coffee pot.

The location is great closer to the Space Needle.

I didn’t show up for the reservation. I tried rescheduling my new year reservation for which I paid over $500 two weeks advance and declined. That’s a total rip off. This is not how to treat loyal customers. Happy New Year!

The property was nice, perhaps a heads up and parking options would be nice when booking the hotel room. I had no idea there was a valet. We walked all the way from the parking garage with out luggage.

There is one particular woman there that doesn’t seem interested in her job. She alternates between the top floor and podium of the altitude sky lounge. When upstairs, we wanted the check so we can leave, but when we asked her how we pay as she walked by, she answered “ittl be with your waiter” without stopping to tell us (she just kept walking without looking at us). Instead she continued to do something else as if we didn’t matter. The next day, this same woman was working the podium and didn’t even bother to look up from her cell phone as we entered the hotel. I didn’t catch her name, but it was a shorter woman with straight hair, and a constant unamused facial expression.

Excellent location. We did the skyline view and it was worth every penny! Friendly staff, beautiful rooftop bar, very modern chic decor and very clean and new hotel. I really liked the glass cups in the room/ shower style and refrigerator. Loved our anniversary gift and card from the hotel!!!! My absolute favorite hotel stays so far

What is not to like? Very well kind and well trained staff.

Das Hotel war sehr gut gelegen und das Personal freundlich, die Zimmer sehr sauber.

Wir haben unser Kuscheltier, einen weißen Teddybär unsere kleinen Tochter, im Zimmer am Tag der Abreise vergessen. Nachdem wir dies bemerkt haben, haben wir sofort beim Hotel 2 Stunden später angerufen. Wir haben den Hinweis erhalten, wir sollten uns in einem Internet Portal für Lost Items anmelden. Leider haben wir bis heute nichts von dem Teddybär unserer Tochter gehört oder gesehen. Es hat sich niemand bemüht im Zimmer nachzusehen, mir der Verweis auf das Internetportal. Darüber sind wir untröstlich.

Location was decent to walk to major attractions, but there are plenty of hotels with a great location, I would choose another one.

Absolutely not worth the value. We couldn’t have our shades open at any point bc our window was straight infront of other windows (we didn’t upgrade to the city view but we also didn’t expect hundreds of people to see right into our room). The breakfast is an order system, it was ok but took a very long time and the service was rude. But worst of all, on the last day I got food poisoning (all I had was the breakfast at the hotel that day..) and my husband asked for a late checkout (we are Marriott members, which means we are always eligible for complimentary checkout, but had booked through booking this time) and the guy at the check out was extremely unsympathetic and said he couldn’t give us late check out because we booked through a third party. My husband said he is willing to pay for a late check out so I can have access to a bathroom before our flight but the guy said he can’t “touch our reservation because it was made through a third party”. I’ve paid for late check out with third party reservations plenty of times, it just seemed the staff couldn’t be bothered to go out of their way to help a guest who needed it. Overall not worth a grand for 3 days

Clean, modern, conveniently located, accommodating staff, beautiful views, all restaurants were delicious

Very clean and modern with a cool roof bar. Didn’t get to try it but looked nice. Good location. Room wasn’t ready at 3 but Staff was good and communicating.

Breakfast was an additional charge and there was no pool. Parking was expensive but it was valet so helped a little with the inconvenience of finding the parking spot.

Within walking distance from Space Needle, Chihuly Glass Museum and Pike Place Market.

Breakfast at the hotel was very limited in variety. Sunday AM restaurants nearby were closed or full with reserved patrons.

Ideal location, immaculate hotel.

No microwave in the room or ironing board.

Location and cleanliness also the stuff were very friendly.

Staff had no customer service, or communicate amenities available to us, as we were there to celebrate our anniversary. Upon check in were told about the sky lounge, then upon our return after attending the Seahawks game we were told it’s reservation only. By the time we complained long enough we were set up, where there were many open seats. Kitchen was closed so we had to walk at midnight for something to eat. Not how we planned to spend our anniversary, and If we were informed of reservation only, we could have made other arrangements.
