Location was good, facilities and equipment excellent, and it was very clean and quiet. Loved the secure parking too. And, the marketplace below was endlessly entertaining!

The duvet was lumpy (it didn't fit in its cover very well) - this is all we can honestly complain about!

Good central location. However the downside of this was the rowdy young people congregating in the market place up to 1.00am! Not much the owners can do about that! Felt secure in the property. Locked parking is a good bonus. In general I liked the facilities, decor and arrangement of kitchen/ dining area. Good shower and bathroom.

The bed. I got into bed and there was an immediate crack and two stretchers came out of position. I could not have possibly broken them. This made me wary of using the bed the other two nights. Not good for sleeping.

Excellent location with parking. Excellent decor and everything you needed. Issue with bed was sorted on the day I reported it to hosts.

This is more about minor improvements, rather than what I didn't like. The property could do with blinds on living room windows, bigger towels and a sieve/colander.

Felt like everything was fairly poor quality. Mirror fell off the wall on arrival, blinds fell without any force applied, blinds didn't keep the light out, shower broke

No draws in bedroom to store clothes. Settee in living room tiny and very uncomfortable impossible to sit and watch tv comfortably

Fantastic location in the market square of Ripon. Clean and newly fitted to a high standard and plenty of space. We had a great time.

A few little niggles probably as it is such a new property. The bed slats fell out quite easily, the bedroom needed a curtain to cut out the light from around the blind. Some drawers would be useful in the bedroom. These are just intended to be suggestions, not a big criticism. It was really a lovely apartment.

Excellent location. It couldn’t have been better. It was right in the market place so it was central for everything.

The apartment was great, though it was noisy in the market place on the Friday night. This was not the fault of the owners, but it did make it difficult to sleep.

Beautiful apartment right on market square. Didn’t need to walk far for anything. Everything was so clean and it has its own parking for one car.

In definite need of a new bed! My partner sat on the edge of the bed and he went straight through the bottom. Turns out the wooden lats were not fitted properly on the bed and they kept coming out and dropping us while we were sleeping. Also, could do with some curtains. The see through blind allows too much light in, this was waking us up at half 5.

Location was absolutely spot on.. right in center of Ripon, overlooking market square... central for all restaurants, shops etc...the apartment itself was superb, spacious well specked. Had all home comforts! Only way I can truely really recommend is to say we will return!! Has private parking to the rear of property. Contact from owners pre visit was good and informative.

Not a case of didn't like.. but more a case of... Would have preferred. We are of a certain age and found the bed a little too close to the floor.

Superb location. Ultra clean apartment. Extra nice touches like finding a chilled bottle of bubbly and chocolates in the fridge, coffee by the espresso machine and teabags & sugar in the cupboard. All very much appreciated. Oh, having candles, tea lights and matches also a nice touch!

Could have used a larger frying pan as we booked a place with a kitchen in order to cook. A shelf in the shower for toiletries, soap etc. would be useful. And a slat under the bed fell out! Nothing really to complain about!

so personal and the added touch of the chocolates and Prosecco were such a nice touch, so clean and tidy, felt like I was at home. everything was perfect, never enjoyed a property so much
