We enjoyed our quick weekend trip to this spot. VERY close (walking distance) to the best restaurants in town. Exactly as described. The hosts were very accommodating, as well!

A friend and I stayed for the weekend and found the property even better than expected. The location is superb. Walking to old town is amazing, so you don’t have to worry about parking. The unit itself is appointed perfectly with a Keurig, microwave, toaster oven, filtered water, etc. The patio is perfect for mornings coffees and evening drinks.
We were here for the half marathon and it was perfect.

The location is within walking distance of Cottonwood's old downtown with restaurants, etc., and half an hour from the maddening traffic of Sedona. The place is a stand-alone behind a main house, and thus quiet. It was clean, well-appointed and spacious. There were some wifi problems but the manager promised to fix this.

Thought we’d try Cottonwood and found this lovely snug bungalow. While we were on Main Street in the historic area it was quiet and private. Hosts in house in front but our area was for us. We had our dog with us and she did well there too. We walked to dinner several times and the hiking opportunities at the state park were amazing. Turned to be an ideal time of year for us seemed warm compared to our Idaho home. Hoping we can go back sometime.

This was the perfect home for our stay in Cottonwood. The home was clean, cozy, comfortable and conveniently located. We walked to old town Cottonwood and had a short drive to the Verde Canyon Railroad. Checking in was a breeze. An unexpected and delightful surprise were the fresh breakfast pastries in the kitchen for us upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

This awesome house is so well appointed with beautiful kitchen tools, dishes, fluffy bath towels - all you need. We loved the house and its closeness to old town Cottonwood. We walked everywhere. The casita was so cozy we felt like we were home. Our hosts were very responsive to questions we had. Really comfortable stay. We would return.

Accommodations were located very close to the downtown of Cottonwood. Cute 2 bedroom and 1 bath in Excellent condition. All appliances were new as well as the furniture. Would stay again. It was great that they were dog friendly and had room for the dog to play catch in the back.

Unfortunately there was a major winter storm with snow and rain while we were there. We were safe and warm with wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The house is cleverly designed and thoughtfully equipped. The yard was perfect for our dog, the owner was helpful and we were happy to be in such an appealing place. Every amenity was provided, including an umbrella. It was a quick trip to Sedona when we wanted to get out and the wineries, archeological and historical features we could visit were interesting. We are in our 70's so we wouldn't have hiked or biked far but the possibilities are endless for those so inclined. All in all we highly recommend this comfortable and safe place to anyone who wants access to the area.

Loved everything about it (except the bed). Awesome location, cute little place, dog friendly, walk everywhere, it was awesome. Bed was too hard for us, that is just our opinion, only complaint.

We loved our stay at the Old Town Cottonwood Cottage. Cottage is cute and cozy, everything you need. It is located right in the downtown area, so super easy to walk to all the shops, bars, and restaurants. Nice having a washer and dryer, we were able to do laundry before we went back home. The weather was beautiful and sitting on the little porch in the rocking chairs was nice in the morning with cup of coffee, very relaxing. We brought our two small dogs with us, and the back yard area was an easy spot for them to go to the bathroom. The cottage is two bedrooms and 1 bath, perfect size for 2, possibly a 3rd, but not sure we would be so comfortable with another couple (we like our space though). The ONLY thing we didn't like was the bed (larger bed). It is a hard bed and we slept horribly all 3 nights but everything else was perfect. We will definitely be back to stay again.

What a wonderful little property. Right downtown old cottonwood. We would leave for the day to hike and explorer and come back "home" and walk to dinner every night. Thank you for everything, was just the perfect place for us!

We had a wonderful experience and enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The place was charming and cozy, and was conveniently located right on the strip filled with lots of great food and drink options. We did not spend much time on the patio but the option to hang out there with some privacy is very nice. Overall the cleanliness and accommodations were as advertised.

The house is a well designed space with every amenity we could have wanted. The yard was great for our dog and the owners very helpful. The distance from the traffic and hustle/bustle of Sedona was perfect and the local restaurants and wineries were great. Couldn't have asked for more, except a bit more sunshine. There was a major snow and rainstorm while we were there but we were safe, warm and able to get out as much as we wanted.

My fiancee, now wife, and I got married on the Verde Canyon Railroad and Pomegranate Place was the perfect spot for our romantic mini honeymoon. The cottage is charming and we'd delightedly stay again.

The house was very modern and updated inside with consideration. The host was excellent, pastries were waiting for me upon my arrival. The home was clean, well appointed and in an excellent location.
Cottonwood was great with a very nice downtown, excellent food, coffee and bars. Three National Monuments are right there, the furthest no more than a thirty minute drive. Lots to do, this is a great hub to experience it out of.

We came to Cottonwood for a family wedding and needed to bring our little dogs. We were very happy with the privacy and ease we had with our dogs. To date this is the best place we have stayed with our dogs. The location was so convenient to the shops and restaurants in Old Town Cottonwood. We would love to come back in the future to explore more. Thank you.

Spacious, Comfortable, Fun place to stay
What a comfortable place to stay! The hosts thought of everything. Nice furniture inside and out, kitchen has everything you need too. We enjoyed sitting out in back on the lawn furniture, watching and listening to birds, while having a glass of wine. The downtown location is walking distance to the many restaurants and stores and Farmers Market. Hiking is so close by too. Cottonwood is a fun place. Don’t miss out on Pomegranate house!

The cottage is adorable. Has most everything you need and love that we could be bring our goldendoodle dog with us. The location is great - within walking distance of historic downtown Cottonwood. Could use a tv in bedroom and a fenced backyard would be handy, but overall we enjoyed the cottage.

Such a thoughtfully renovated space! The interior is lovely and the back patio & dog run mean the place is both private & pet friendly, but you’re just a 5-10 minute walk from all of the fun in Old Town Cottonwood. We loved Colt Grill, the Belfry Brewery, Crema for coffee & baked goods, & The State Bar for AZ beers. Will hope to return!

The location in Old Town Cottonwood could not have been better. It was walking distance to all the restaurants and tasting rooms. The house is cute, clean, and private. It looked just like the pictures and although it is so close to downtown, the house was quiet and relaxing. It was great to be able to bring our dogs. We will definitely be going back!

Just a 30 minute drive to most Sedona trails Old Town Cotton Wood is amazing and just a short walk from this property. The pictures do not do it justice.

Location is quiet and safe and just 30 minutes from Sedona making it a perfect location.
Old Downtown Cottonwood is fabulous. I would definitely return to this accommodation.

The location in Old Town Cottonwood could not have been better. It was walking distance to all the restaurants and tasting rooms. The house is cute, clean, and private. It looked just like the pictures and although it is so close to downtown, the house was quiet and relaxing. It was great to be able to bring our dogs. We will definitely be going back!
