Every year we come to havasu for a family trip. This year we were blown away. The house was everything we could’ve asked for. Enough beds to fit our entire family, fully stocked kitchen with all the pots and pans. Not only that, but our check in process was seamless! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay.

This Property Exceeded all of our Expectations!
It was so beautiful inside. So spacious inside.
Rooms were Huge and beds were comfy. Tons of Towels for Everyone . Kitchen was clean and provided pots and pans , utensils and even a blender for Margaritas! Host was attentive and great at communicating with any needs. Appreciate them for allowing us to stay !

Stayed here with my sisters and family. AC ran cool, pool was very refreshing, lots of room for our family. The house worked out perfectly. The setup is so great, they really thought about everything - which is why it's so hard to pin point the best parts. Would definitely stay again :) literally was perfect.

Property was clean, and the beds where so comfortable. I wanted to stay in them all day. Loved the different levels of the pools. Toddlers where able to enjoy the pool at there level and the adults at there level. Overall a very enjoyable house. Would absolutkey stay again.

It was my daughters 21st birthday. There were 15 of us and the house was perfect!

Perfect house for a large group of all age range. It was very clean and stocked with everything that you would need. Lots of parking and room for a boat. The location was perfect. The host was very accessible and responded to questions quickly. Checking in and out was easy and convenient. Definitely a house we would stay at again!

Great spacious property
We had a great time at the Avalon property. The home is very clean, well maintained (no issues with anything), nice layout with plenty of bedrooms for a large group.
The communication with the property management team was very efficient via text messaging.
We would rebook again for a future trip.
