Great for our family of 6 with enough room to spread out. Had all the kitchen equipment we needed, bikes and even used one of the kayaks. The patio was lovely. Might stay there again!

Our annual friends and family get together was wonderful at this address. The house is well laid out and has all the amenities you need. Great location that is off of cottonwood but a quick almost straight shot to the village and SHARC. Quiet and enjoyable neighborhood.

This was by far the best house we have had to date! Our family does a annual Sunriver trip and this house has EVERYTHING we could ask for plus more. We will definitely be back!

We couldn’t have chosen a better home to celebrate a family 40th birthday. With ages ranging from 1yr to 81yr, this home accommodated us all. We loved the one story and enjoyed open, sunny group living spaces. So much attention to detail! There was a pound of Starbucks coffee for us, plenty of TP and paper towels. The kitchen was so well stocked. My son chef was quite amazed that everything he needed to gourmet meals was there with plenty of extra plates and flatware. The location was great, quiet and very close to the north store. 12 bikes! And every one was in great working condition. I couldn’t find the hot tub key (my fault) and the owner responded within minutes with help.

Great spot for our family to meet up. Plenty to do in the area and 10 SHARC passes. Visited the High Desert Museum and the Old Back Nine GC too. There was plenty of room for everyone on game nights and the large back deck was a special favorite in the evenings. I was wishing for a fire table at one point thinking it would have made the evening perfect but probably not allowed with all the fire restrictions.

Beautiful well kept home, great location and the amenities in Sun River were endless (swimming, shopping, restaurants, bike rides, walks, bounce houses, planetarium, disc golf, river access/greenbelt. We barely scratched the surface! We will definitely be back! There was so much to do at the house also from the hot tub to darts to ping pong. The home was stocked with everything we needed! Thank you!

Very accommodating and well-appointed with supplies and everything we needed, including coffee grounds, hair dryers, extra blankets, lots of towels etc. The kids played ping pong, the bunk bed room was perfect, the beds comfortable!Only a couple (nit-picky) note, was that two of the five bedrooms didn’t have tv’s, and I didn’t see any usb charging appliances, which is always a nice touch. We didn’t miss them, but for a longer stay we may have. We enjoyed staying here. Thank you!

Every year my family comes to Sunriver for my son's birthday which is on Dec. 30th. This is by far the best house that we have stayed in. Although it is the furthest from the village and the SHARC. This house was nice because the layout allowed us to separate the little kids from the grandparents who aren't used to waking up bright and early! Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy our vacation!

This is one of the best homes we have stayed in in Sunriver. Very well stocked kitchen- we were so impressed. Beautiful home with plenty of room for our early family Christmas celebration.So relaxing to soak in the well maintained hot tub.Great location- we will definitely be back!

This was a three generation vacation.
Grandparents, children and grandchildren. Plenty of room, extremely well stocked kitchen.
SHARC passes were well used as well as bikes.
The house is not new but pretty well maintained. Only downside it is dark inside.
Overall we had a great vacation and all the grandkids (6-15) want to return to the same house.

We would recommend adding flashlights to the home. The lights flickered several times while we were there, and we could not find any flashlights in case we lost power.

The house is a beautiful one level home with lots of room for our multi generational family of 7 adults and 5 grandkids. Could have used a couple more SHARC passes but we made it work. The kitchen was very well stocked and had almost everything you’d need, could have used a griddle to be able to cook pancakes and French toast for breakfast. It would also be nice to have tv’s in all the bedrooms. The home was very comfortable and had a homey feeling. 😀

House is gorgeous, clean and so accommodating for all our family. Close to everything. We had family visiting from Midwest area and they were amazed at the house and location. We rafted, swam and shopped and ate in SunRiver. Be sure to check out this place. The owner and Evolve Team are very prompt , friendly and providesd us with an excellent experience. We’ll return!

Great place for family vacations!
What a great home. Perfect for our family, we had 4 generations getting together and it was great! There was so much available to us, the kitchen was soooo well equipped with everything under the sun you would ever need and the quality of what was there was awesome. There even were quality plastic plates, utensils and glasses for the young ones!
We enjoyed the Foosball and ping pong table AND utilized the bicycles too :)
As we were sitting outside enjoying the deck and the hot tub, we even were fortunate enough to see a bald eagle soaring above.
Would definitely recommend this home to enjoy!

Nice For Numerous Families.
Good property for families. Communication and feedback from the owner was extremely prompt and detailed. The availability of 3 kayaks and numerous bikes was great for our kids. Quiet area of Sunriver - can be plus or minus. Overall very nice property.

Wonderful Winter Retreat
We absolutely loved staying at this property. Triple generation family with lots to do for everyone. The house is beautiful, spacious and well equipped, beds were very comfortable, hot tub fantastic. Can't wait until we book again!
