My husband and I loved this apartment. Great price, great location. I was able to walk to the beautiful historic downtown and lowertown areas of Paducah with ease while my husband attended meetings in the area. There are several museums, the riverfront, and great restaurants all in walking distance from the apartment. The only minor complaint was the room temperature. It was quite hot outside and for some reason the thermostat kept going up while we were out of the apartment, so it took a long time for the ac to catch back up and keep it cool. Our host was quick to respond and very helpful.

we were extremely comfortable in this lovely space, the location was perfect for walking to the historic downtown and water front. we enjoyed the bicycles for exploring as well and the outdoors large screen would have been wonderful if we had service passcodes for movies. Would definitely stay here again!

The unit was great, clean, friendly area. We were a little too far to walk to downtown back and forth as many times as we needed to. An extra blanket would have been needed and a full length mirror is a must for women. Great price as well. A collegue stayed at the other property on 3rd street and was a much better location for the even we were at. Walking distance everywhere. Will be back next year.

This is one of four nicely rehabbed apartments in a cool old building. The quality of the furnishings is very high - the towels are nicer than what we have at home. Quite high tech with computer controllable lighting, thermostat, etc. We heard no noise from other tenants, so felt nice and private. There's no elevator so you might prefer apartment 1 or 2 if you're older (as we are). We'd be happy to return next time our travels include Paducah.
