Stayed for 3 days while on a motorcycle trip/vacation with friends and had an amazing time. The location was great with even better views.

Awesome location & property. Owners thought of all the extras. I highly recommend it. We had 3 couples yotal and enough room for all. We will definitely be back!

Rustic Roost is terrific! Convenient central location but serene elevated neighborhood that has you eye level w Sedona’s majestic views. House is well-stocked and well taken care of with great attention to detail and owner-grade furnishings and kitchen equipment. Highly recommend!

This was our first time visiting Sedona and it did not disappoint! Kathy was a pleasure to work with. Great communication, even sends you an app for your phone all about the house, area, restaurant recommendation's, things to do, ect. It was great to use before we arrived and while we were there. Plus has more information in a binder with a welcome basket when you arrive. We enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets every evening and in the morning you could see hot air balloons in the sky over Thunder Mountain. Would highly recommend staying at Rustic Roost. We can’t wait to return one day!

This property is wonderful…breathtaking views! Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out and relax after a busy day out. It is stocked with everything you need and conveniently located to all the sites. We would definitely stay here again. The owners really did think of the guest experience from start to finish. Beautiful home with magnificent views. The owner went above and beyond making our stay as comfortable as possible. We didn’t have water for 24 hours due to pipe break in town. They brought us water plus paid for showers at a local spa. Despite this hiccup we had a flawless stay and experience. The home is well equipped with many extra amenities, there was even a small gift basket awaiting our arrival. Highly recommend The Rustic Roost!

Beautiful views. Well equipped. As billed Rustic. Nice. The driveway is very steep and difficult to negotiate. A tall SUV might not fit in garage. I estimated door opening to be just under 7 feet. My rear hatch on my Odyssey could not be opened in garage. .

This house has the most breathtaking views of both the red rock and the city of Sedona. Kathy was the most hospitable host and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. She made the communication very easy in the event of anything going wrong or if we simply had any questions. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need for cooking. You will be close to all the shopping and restaurants that Sedona has to offer and also in close proximity to all of the hikes. We also got to see some wild hogs and javalinas right behind the house! Everything you can imagine in a rental, we give 5 stars across the board!! We will definitely be booking the Rustic Roost in the future! Again, thank you Kathy for everything, this felt like home away from home.

My wife and I spent 2 wonderful weeks at Rustic Roost during our recent hiking trip to Sedona. The property is well maintained and conveniently located in a quiet hillside neighborhood with easy access to 89A and West Sedona. It was nicely appointed with comfortable furnishings and had a well stocked kitchen with all the cookware and utensils you could possibly need. When not out hiking we spent much of our time enjoying the expansive view, comfy outdoor seating and fire pit on the large deck. Jim and Kathy could not have been more accommodating hosts and they immediately responded to any issue we contacted them about. For example, shortly after our arrival I simply asked Kathy if they had a floor lamp we could use in the living room for reading at night. The very next day, both Jim and Kathy came out to install new wall mounted reading lamps at each end of the sectional sofa and, two days after that, had an electrician out to install a new chandelier! I would highly recommend Rustic Roost and would definitely make it our first choice for our future, fourth trip to Sedona!

Everything about this house was perfect. We loved the location, the views, the deck space, the fireplace, the washer and dryer, and having a bathroom adjacent to each bedroom. We would come here again.

We had a wonderful stay. Views were incredible and it was great to be in walking distance of some trails. Communication and check in/out was great also. I would definitely stay again.

Amazing view. Great location. Great communication. Rustic Roost of course has the amazing views but equally important you can tell the owners take great care of the property. It is well maintained and was exceptionally clean upon arrival. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you'll need. We enjoyed playing all the provided board games with the kids. Not a huge house but a nice open floorplan and back deck so there was plenty of room for our family of 6. Thank you, Kathy, for a great experience and for sharing your place!

Beautiful views every day.

This is by far, the cleanest (spotless!), most attractive and best equipped property we have ever experienced. The location is absolutely perfect. After our touring and hikes, (poles and backpacks provided!) we were thankful to have a quick trip back to this beautiful home in which to relax. The bed and all the furniture were so comfortable! We enjoyed many hours just sitting on the enormous deck warming ourselves at the firepit and exclaiming over the spectacular sunsets. The kitchen is better stocked than my own and we loved cooking our meals here. We appreciated the welcome basket, the lovely toiletries that were provided, and the laundry which allowed us to return home with a suitcase full of clean clothes. This is truly an owner that cares about the guest experience. We fell in love with Sedona and Rustic Roost. Thank you, Kathy and Jim. We hope to return someday.

My wife and I were looking for a nice, relaxing place to stay while visiting Sedona. This property exceeded expectations. It was in a quiet neighborhood with quick access anywhere to go in Sedona. The house was beautiful and great to relax in after an adventure-filled day. It had everything you needed for a great stay. There was excellent communication with the hosts (I think the longest response time to any questions was about 10 minutes). I will definitely stay here again if I get to Sedona for another trip. If you are coming g to visit Sedona, I highly recommend you stay here!

The home was beautiful. They thought of everything in every room to just be able to start your vacation. The views from the deck were beautiful. Location was perfect from hiking trails to shops and restaurants. We all loved it!

My husband & I chose the Rustic Roost for the deck and incredible views. Not to mention the King Master with 2 add'l Queen Rooms to accommodate our adult children who visited for the weekend from Phoenix. The arrangement allowed for socializing on the deck, relaxing and bonding with family. We made friends with the flock of 30+ humming birds that frequent the pine tree adjacent to the deck! It's truly a special place and we much appreciated the hiking sticks, backpacks and well appointed kitchen. The master shower is fabulous, not to mention those saloon doors! Our Host, Kathy, was fabulous and maintained communication throughout our planning & visit.

Rustic Roost was wonderful! We can't say enough about the gorgeous view from the deck! The house was beautiful, comfortable, immaculate and well stocked with the basics. We appreciated all of the thoughtful touches. The location was an easy drive from hiking trails, shops, sights, etc. The Airport Loop trail and Airport Mesa Vortex are right up the road. We were a party of two parents and two adult children. It was the perfect amount of space for us. The owners were a pleasure. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for providing such a beautiful house for our family to enjoy. The Rustic Roost provided everything we needed and more. Loved the welcome package, the wide range of streaming services, the games/puzzle, and especially the view!! We could not get enough of it day and night. We started each day waking up to the spectacular rock formations being lit by the rising sun and finished each day watching the most beautiful desert sunset as the sun slipped down behind the silhouetted mountain scape. We had such a great time and we look forward to visiting again.

Came for the view from the big patio and enjoyed the overall well though-out accommodations! Very clean and the kitchen came with the essentials.

House is beautiful and has the same view as from the airport vortex. The master bedroom, dining room and living room all have the view. The 2 other bedrooms and bathrooms are small and do not have the view. Overall an incredible place fo stay, we loved it!

Awesome house, clean, comfortable, excellent views, plenty of room for everyone and the outdoor spaces were what sold us on this property. We spent many hours outside on the deck and front porch. Location was close to everything we wanted to do. We really enjoyed our time at this property!
