The process was incredibly simple and easy and the communication was uncharacteristically quick! The location was awesome … literally 2 mins (or less) from the beach (private access) and a pool! Walk anywhere you need to go to eat. I recommend doing what we did for food … put in a Walmart pickup order and go unload and while everyone is unpacking go pick it up … there and back in 30 mins. NEVER LEAVE THE BEACH AGAIN!!!

The location is great. The condo is filthy. Look on top of the refrigerator. The oven is very dirty as well. I would fire your cleaning company. I would not recommend this condo until you clean it up.

We had a great stay and our condo was in a great location. It was spacious, safe and the host responded quickly to all questions.

This property had some issues. The light outside the entry was out. Very dark especially the stairs. The master bedroom door didn’t shut & the bathroom door wouldn’t latch. Dishwasher had been run but the inside & dishes were left dirty from a large pan that apparently was put in filthy. We had to clean it all. Many kitchen items were found dirty in the cabinets.

Very nice property, well kept and close to the beach. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Communication was excellent with the host. Definitely would stay again.

My old stomping grounds. Ok stay. Accomodation was clean but needs some sprucing up. Bathroom had repaired wall but unfinished patch work from possible hole in wall? Communication errors hence late night confusion and very lucky to be safe.

Starting with the good...the beds were very comfortable, the unit is centrally located, the condo is well appointed and the host was very communicative. The place was definitely built in the 70's. It has been remodeled. Everything things works and is clean, but it is a little tired. Unfortunately, there was a toddler staying above us (likely also a renter) and the wood construction of the 70's made the ceiling/floor not very soundproof.

We drove from Tampa, Fl to Isle of Palms to take in the history and beautiful landscape of Charleston. Condo is well located to beach activities, great restaurants and Charleston sites. Condo host was easy to communicate. Robert was always available to us. Great experience. Highly recommend 🌻

This rental was exactly as describednand exceeded our expectations. Very clean, interior decorations were really cute and well thought out, easy check in process and good directions from Robert, location was perfect. Beach was right across the street and everything you need was walking distance. My family had a great time. I would definitely rent again if I am back in Charleston!

We did have to clean quite a bit at arrival. Our wonderful host answered us quickly & made amends. There’s nothing you will need outside your own things! Convenient and easy!

This condo is just off 517 coming into Isle of Palms and very easy to get to. While you cannot see the beach from this condo, you are within easy walking distance. You walk through the neighboring condos parking lot and to the secured gate to the beach. The pier is also private to the set of villas and condos. The condo is nicely decorated/furnished. Beds were clean and comfortable. There’s a small balcony facing the pool. The balcony also faces the balconies of the B unit condo. The unit above us was being worked on so it was very noisy. The day before we left , the unit became occupied with tenants who never slept and were loud all night. This is a “condo” issue in general and not a complaint. I would absolutely recommend this condo. Clean, well kept, and close to the beach!

This space was very well laid out. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfy and everything felt very clean. The walk to the beach was short and easy! We will be back for sure!

This small condo is set up for maximum efficiency. We had 4 adults staying here and had plenty of room. It was very clean and convenient for all the fun stuff on the Isle of Palms!

This is about the 5th or 6th time we've stayed in C112 at the Oceanside Villas. We enjoy staying there; we like the layout; and the accommodations. The previous owner cleaned the condo herself and it was always immaculate, plus she provided an excellent supply of towels, kitchen supplies, etc. We enjoyed this visit as well, but the condo was different. Sorry to say it was not as clean as before. For example, the medicine cabinet off the master bedroom was filthy -- it had powder and stains inside on the shelves as though it was not wiped out at all prior to our arrival. There were other minor cleanliness issues such as pots and pans that were not well cleaned and had residue on them. In addition, there were few towels and wash cloths provided and we had to re-use several of these after showers, etc. None of these things were awful, but they were not up to the standards we had enjoyed at C112 in previous years. Not trying to throw stones, but just providing you with an honest assessment of the condo. Thanks for the week we spent there -- hope this helps! God bless --- Jim Anderson

We absolutely enjoyed staying here. Close to shops, restaurants, and to the beach. This place was spacious enough for all 6 of us. We definitely will rent again if we are vacationing in this area.

This is our home away from home, and we wouldn’t go anywhere else!! Robert is the best host, the property is always clean and makes you feel at home, and everything is so convenient. We would recommend to anyone!!

Overall, the condo is nice and in a great location. There are 2 important notes for families and those with allergies. The listing picture of the Master bedroom is outdated. The picture shows a queen bed but there is actually a king. This matters mostly for those with families. We had a pack n play that barely fit in the room. I was judging space from the pictures and it took me a while to figure out why it was so tight in there when the pictures look like ample space. It may not be a problem for most travelers but for those with little ones, it was an issue. Also the condo is mostly clean but not spotless. High touch areas such as toilets, countertops, etc are clean but it really needs a good deep cleaning. There are several areas, such as around outlet covers, visible plugs, doors, and moulding with large amounts of dust. Those traveling with dust allergies need to be aware. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the location and beach access.

Great location, quite area and loved the private beach access. The public side was crazy busy on Saturday and Sunday. Will definitely be back.

Better than I could have imagined. The property was better than describe and in the perfect location for our family. We parked the vehicle and did not get back into it until on the way out of town. Definitely coming back again!

Robert was very easy to communicate with. The check-in process was straightforward, and the location can't be beat. We were right across the street from the beach access, and within walking distance to many restaurants. Pricing was very reasonable for such a spacious place, it felt like we had plenty of room to spread out. Would definitely rent again.
