This was our second trip back to the island and to beach please villa . The villa is just a wonderful place to stay. The beach around the corner along with beautiful reef to snorkle at. The pool is just relaxing along with the roof top deck. Restaurants just a short walk.

We had a wonderful experience staying in this beautiful home. The host, Stephanie, was fabulous. She responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had, provided a wealth of information, and recommendations for dinner and activities. The house is very private, well stocked, nicely decorated and landscaped, and in a great location. It is a short walk to the beach. The beach is lovely, has a small reef, and is less crowded than other areas. We snorkeled here daily and saw a stingray on the last day. We also snorkeled at Smith's reef, which is less than a mile away, and saw turtles there. We enjoyed the pool at the house everyday. The roof deck is a great place to sit and relax as the sun sets. We had two excellent dinners out, one at Embers, and the other at the Marine Room. The Marine Room is not to be missed. It is well designed and less than 5 minutes from the house. The other nights we enjoyed cooking in and eating outside on the patio. There are screens that can be lowered in the evening to keep out mosquitos while dining outside. We took a mangrove kayak tour with Clear Bottom Adventures which was really fun. The water is so clear, saw tons of turtles, and even saw 2 baby lemon sharks and one baby black tipped reef shark. We would recommend visiting Taylor Beach. The water is shallow, calm, and clear, and you can walk quite far out into the water. Staying in this home was a little slice of heaven and has given our family many good memories. Thank you!

Our family loved our stay at this beautiful property and everything needed for a relaxing stay was provided. The villa is beautiful and we loved that there were so many great restaurants close by. Stephanie and her staff are awesome and her recommendations were very helpful. The nearby beach was never crowded, with great snorkeling close by. Highly recommend!

This is the best place we’ve stayed at in TCI. Everything is as advertised. There is space aplenty for six people. There is everything you need in the house and it is beautifully decorated. The location is perfect whether you want to walk to the beach or drive. The hosts are very responsive, available whenever you have a question. The check in instructions are the best I’ve seen. Absolutely recommend and we will book there again on our next visit.

We have a family with 5 adults and one infant, and this property was perfect for us. It is just as pictured. The bedrooms are separated nicely for privacy, the kitchen was well organized, and the washer/dryer came in handy with a baby in the mix. We loved showering in the open air. Easy walk to a gorgeous beach. The vibe is very laid back and safe. Our kids loved the glass bottom kayak tour and we all enjoyed snorkeling and visiting the other islands. So many good restaurants, including some in walking distance. The grouper reuben at Sharkbite was a big hit and Coco Bistro was especially good. Prices are high in the grocery store, but there is no sales tax so that helps. We played the golf course which is beautiful, and we won some of our vacation money back at the Ritz casino, which is small but very nice. Overall a great vacation. We highly recommend this rental property. Stephanie is a very responsive host, and she took great care of all our needs.

I arranged a trip to T and C for my husband's birthday and brought in our two adult children and partners and our 15 month old grandson as a surprise. This property was absolutely perfect for us. The home is beautiful, clean and well equiped both in the kitchen and the outdoor area with lots of seating and relaxing areas. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all nicely decorated and comfortable. Each had an outdoor shower which was a real treat. We loved the ability to walk to the beach, the snorkelling areas and several restaurants. We were happy to be far enough away from the major hotels that we usually had the beach to ourselves. However we were close enough that we could get to Grace Bay on our morning beach walks. We did appreciate having a car to explore the island and get groceries, as we cooked most meals ourselves in the well appointed kitchen. This property is a gem and we would highly recommend it.

This was our first experience renting a vacation home and this home was just amazing! We were so happy with our choice. The home was even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked!!! We enjoyed cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. It had everything we could ever hope for to cook meals. We did venture off of the property a few times to nearby restaurants and to the beach - all within walking distance from the house. We also took an Uber to a few places and that went well. We really enjoyed the beautiful outdoor showers! A must for the island. The property manager responded to any questions immediately, we were well taken care of. The host and property manager made us feel like family. I cannot think of one negative thing about the stay overall. I can’t wait to go there again!!!

We loved our stay at Beach Please Villa. IT was clean, nice, as depicted and had all of the needed amenities. we really loved our location -- not too far from Grace bay but not in the thick if it. The beds were comfortable and A/C worked great. The beach was very close and quiet, beautiful setting. We also loved having the pool to come home too (although it was a little too warm, but we were there on a very hot week!). We rented a car and were happy we did so as we explored the whole island and enjoyed some meals out. Highly recommend Beach Please Villa -- felt safe and had a great time there.

My family and I had an amazing vacation at the Beach Please Villa! The villa had everything you could ask for plus Stephanie and Tim were extremely responsive to any questions or needs we had. We were located close to the grocery store, beaches, shopping and dining. Many great memories were created and we can’t wait to come back to create more!

This property is very well maintained with 3 master bedrooms and baths as well as outdoor showers for each bedroom too (really enjoyed those). Kitchen was well stocked with all appliances, pots/pans and even spice drawer. Pool is nice but its all about the beach which was just a short walk and is gorgeous. Great snorkeling right out of our beach entrance too. Located near several nice restaurants that can be walked to (Indigo, Marine Room, Sharkbites, Mango Reef and Baci) all of which we went to.

A huge thanks to Stephanie and Tim for the use of their fantastic villa. Any questions were very promptly answered by Stephanie, which was greatly appreciated. The villa is extremely well equipped with everything you need for the perfect stay. There are 3 coffee maker options, Keurig, Nespresso and filter machines, plus for people like us that love tea, there is a kettle too. A big selection of pots, pans, plates cups and everything else you would need for preparing your own meals. I am a poor sleeper usually but the beds were extremely comfortable and there is a selection of firm and soft pillows. The outside showers in each bedroom were amazing and after a long day at the beach, there was nothing more revitalizing than an outdoor shower. The walk to the beach was an easy 3-5 minutes and once there, we were amazed at how quiet the beach was, hardly any other people on it. Crystal clear waters and a beautiful coral reef where you can snorkel with the fish. The villa pool was very warm, maybe a little too warm for us. I would recommend a car rental, although cabs are plentiful, the car allows a much greater freedom to head to other beaches, excursions and trips to the IGA grocery store, which was very well equipped. I also highly recommend taking your own liquor as anything other than the local rum (which is great) was VERY expensive, compared to the USA. We hope to go back to Provo next year and without any doubt, we will book to stay at Beach Please Villa again.

Absolute gem of a spot, fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Cozy beds, fully equipped kitchen and super clean. Beautiful pool and the rooftop deck was best for star gazing. A 3 min walk to pristine beach with the best snorkeling/smith’s reef nearby. 10 min walk to Turtle Cove Marina with lots of restaurants and ocean adventures to choose from. Would highly recommend and would love to return to this magical place. Stephanie and Tim were outstanding hosts.

What a lovely vacation at the Beach Please Villa. Exactly as advertised, with space (and bathrooms) for our family of 4. A quick walk to the beach was made easier with the help of the "beach buggy" and cooler with wheels. Snorkeling right from the beach was the best. Would love to come back again!

This place was perfect for tranquility time, beach time, nature /bird watching, and meal time! We had our separate space from one another and common space for together time! It was perfect.

We were very pleased with our entire experience with this rental. The communication with Stephanie was outstanding. She was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. The house was perfect and equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation. We spent time at the beach every morning and enjoyed lazy afternoons at the pool. I would highly recommend booking this great house!

We are three couples from Wisconsin and stayed at Tim and Stephanie's place for a week. We absolutely loved it! We have stayed at other VRBO's in Hawaii, Costa Rica, Barbados, St. Lucia, and others. This one tops them all! The property was very clean and close to beach and restaurants and bars. The beach is not crowded and gorgeous! Nice little reef to snorkel right off the beach. You can walk to Smith's reef too, but it's a bit of a hike. Amenities are great! Six sets of beach chairs, nice beach umbrella, and a beverage cooler for the beach was nice. The beach wagon was great too. The water cooler was a pleasant surprise and worked perfectly. Beds are comfortable. Can't say enough about how well supplied the unit is and how well Tim and Stephanie communicated. Very impressive! If we get back to TCI, we will definitely book this place again!

The Beach Please Villa was exactly as advertised. Loved the outdoor showers. Pool was the perfect temperature. We took full advantage the beach equipment (noodles, chairs, cooler and wagon to carry it all). Beds were comfortable. Stephanie was the best. Her responses to our questions was quick and thorough. This was our 3rd trip to Turks and this was the best place out of the 3 VRBO we have stayed at on the island. Location is amazing. 5 minutes to beach. Many good restaurants within walking distance to the Villa.

Could not ask for a better location. Short walk to a mostly secluded beach with reefs right off the beach to snorkel. The marina is close for excursions and several restaurants close by. The house has everything you need for a day at the beach, an evening cooking in, and relaxing around the pool.

House is all as described. We were 3 couples sharing the house and it was a perfect space. Screens on the outside patio were great for buggy nights. Super comfy beds. House is clean and inviting. Pool was perfect for a dip after a day at the beach which is a close walk from the house. Close to Smiths Reef if you plan to snorkel. Short drive to some great restaurants and food shopping. We’ll be back!!

Beach Please Villa is a beautiful property. Feels like your own family “compound.” Safe property. Lovely pool, comfortable outside seating, great barbecue range and area. Three large bedrooms with comfortable King beds. Beautifully decorated. Well stocked kitchen. Easy walk to beach with snorkeling reef immediately accessed, and Smith’s Reef a 10 minute walk on beach. Close walk to Turtle Bay marina to eat at restaurants.

We had a fabulous time at this Villa. Quick walk to a gorgeous almost private beach, and great local restaurants. Grace bay only about 8mins away by car, but coming back to this villa every night was a joy.

We had a lovely stay at Beach Please Villa -- it is very well appointed and equipped and offers great privacy while also being very close to a beautiful beach. It is very conveniently located -- not only a short walk to the beach but also within easy walking or a short driving distance to a number of good restaurants.

This was by far the best rental house I have ever booked. Stephanie and Tim were amazing, the house was exactly as advertised, the beach was a 3 minute walk down a sandy path. Rueben was one of the drivers we used and he was extremely prompt and easy to communicate with. I would come back in a heart beat.

Our experience with Beach Please was everything we expected and more! The house is just like the pictures, super clean and modern. There was a pool, rooftop deck, grill area, and kitchen with everything you need. Since we're adventurers, we rented a car, but the location is great! Our favorite thing was being able to walk to Grace Bay Beach and go snorkeling almost every day - I'm so glad we brought our own gear. We didn't need to communicate with Stephanie while we were there, but she was very helpful before we got there. Beach Please is a true gem...our family will be back!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Beach Please villa so much! The layout of the property provides so much communal and yet private space, and the convenience of the proximity to the beach + chairs towels etc provided made everything so easy. I think my favorite part was the outdoor showers :) Great rental experience with hosts who were responsive to questions and provided excellent food and activity recommendations. Would stay again!

We 100% fell in love with Beach Please villa! The listing description is completely accurate, I could even say they're being humble and doesn't describe the villa/island enough! My wife and I went alone as this was our first vacation since the pandemic. However, their villa will accommodate up to 6 adults very comfortably. The main space has 2 very spacious bedrooms both with bathrooms w/ indoor AND outdoor showers with the best beds (mattress) we've ever experience at a VRBO or hotel. The kitchen; I'd call a chef's kitchen has everything you need from an entire spice drawer to a blender/toaster oven. There is also a great Weber grill/outdoor kitchen like area, make sure you utilize that it's really clean and works perfectly. Now onto the guest house, which is incredible for privacy and quiet time when traveling with family or friends. This guest house is the size of some major city studio apartments, which also has the same bathroom w/ outdoor shower. We really enjoyed the sunsets on the rooftop balcony as there are no obstructions just a beautiful sunset. The area around the villa; honestly words will really have a hard time describing. The walk to the beach which is really private is MAYBE 3 minutes then you see why you chose TCI; the beaches are amazing from the transparent water/amazing sand to being able to snorkel beautiful reefs. Turtle Cove is less than a 10-minute walk and is home of Mango Reef restaurant where I had the best blacked bluefin tuna I've ever had. One more restaurant I want to mention is Magnolia (10 min. walk from villa) the food is incredible go during sunset for a great view. HINT: take picture(s) for Holiday cards! I highly recommend staying at Beach Please villa as this place will immensely exceed your expectations. Tim & Stephine were very kind and courteous everything was easy from a contactless check-in to a seamless check out thank you for opening your house to us! Definitely looking forward to a return trip in the future!!

This is an amazing home. It was extremely clean, updated, and easy to spread out in. Our family had enough space to allow the children a spot to play and relax in while we made breakfast. It was walking distance to a lovely beach. The space was well thought-out from the floor plan to the beach’s chairs and towels. They had toilet paper and paper towels along with salt and pepper and some coffee filters upon arrival, which was lovely! They have both a keurig and a normal coffee-maker, and we used both gladly. The owners respond quickly with answers to every question and were extremely kind. This was by far our best VRBO experience, and we’ve had a few. We are so thankful for our family’s time here. We loved that it is centrally located, so we could easily explore the island with just a 15 minute drive to Sapodilla Bay and about 15 minutes to Sunset Beach in the other direction. We would love to repeat this vacation every summer.
