The house is great, the owner was very hospitable, and we plan to stay there again if we can!

A gorgeous house on a spectacular peninsula - sunrises out the back, sunsets out the front with lake views from every window. The property is comfortable, clean and modern - the sunroom was my favorite space. It was very easy to communicate with the owner, though I did not find a need to do so. I will be back.

This is our second year in a row and we already booked for next year. Love this place, the host is wonderful, the location is amazing, you really cannot beat it.

What can I say? Everything about this property, and our time there, was the best we could imagine. The home is clean, seems brand new, furnished beautifully, has every supply you could wish for (best of any VRBO property we have stayed at so far!), and the locattion cannot be beat! A short walk - even shorter drive - to the best beach we have seen on Lake Michigan, which feels like a private beach. Amazing water views from several rooms, including the master bedroom (love love love waking up with the lake views!), the kitchen/dining/living area, and an enclosed patio room with windows on all sides. Then there's the deck! Comfy beds, several good places to put in kayaks very close by, easy drive to downtown Ludington (shopping, famous ice cream) and both the town beach and the Ludington State Park with its gorgeous beach and fun dunes. I only wish we fished, because fishing Pere Marquette Lake off the docks would definitely be fun. John and Mary are incredible hosts. Very responsive and welcoming, attentive to any needs we had. My whole family recommends this property, and its hosts, without any reservations. As long as y'all don't reserve it when we want to go! :-)

We had a wonderful stay! That property was great, beautiful views. Access to the lake and Lake MI. John was an excellent host always checking in to see what if we needed anything and offering amenities that weren’t even listed. We’ll go back.

WOW! This is an incredible find on a peninsula with two lake accesses. Directly sitting on Pere Marquette Lake with an impressive Badger departure and arrival view every morning and night, Lake Michigan is just a walk across the street for those beautiful beach days and stunning sunset captures. It is evident that John takes pride in this home to make it as great of an experience as possible for his guests, and the attention to all details did not go unnoticed by our group. Very clean and very accommodating amenities - we could not have asked for a better stay. A unique feature of this home is the wrap around deck and sunroom. These spaces were just some of our favorite hang out spots. Between the outdoor decks upstairs and downstairs, as well as the dock area, there are plenty of spots to choose from for taking in the views and making memories with friends and family. I would highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a lake life getaway, you won't be disappointed!

This is our second time enjoying this property. The location, the view and the hosts were perfect for our needs. We love the quaint town and waterfront with a view of the Badger.
